Control panel cracked after a couple of months use. Took months to replace it and the entire control unit since cycles were not completing. 2 weeks after it was fixed, control panel cracked again. We now have another service scheduled to replace to control panel and LG will not commit to replacing the entire unit or at least the door. Googled "LG cracked control panels" and this is a common issue and LG will not replace after warranty ends. I am a heartbeat away from taking this unit to my curb and slap a free sigh on it - I will never buy another LG product,

I love this dishwasher. It’s very quiet. The touch buttons are well lit and easy to use. The inside of the dishwasher also has a light which is a nice bonus.

super quiet and the steam precast prevents the need for rinsing the adjustable shelves and third rack allow us to do 1/3 less loads than before.

This dishwasher is quiet, washes well but drying is not great. I have added a drying agent to see if that will help.

It’s like a whisper. So unbelievably quiet! Couldn’t believe it was possible! Looks beautiful and does a wonderful job cleaning!

It’s so quite that I sometimes I have to go check to see if I started it and if I had to say one negative thing about it, that it needs a little better racks but I’m being super picky there the wine glasses actually fit in its area so I haven’t broken one of my wife’s expensive wine glasses since I got it. My Dad was an appliance repairman for 35 years and after working with him for a couple of years albeit 25 years ago so I’d like to think I know well something even if it is not much lol

This dishwasher cleans wonderfully and is really quiet. I love the third row and and the WiFi capability. It does not dry very well, I looked this up on YouTube and many say that using a rinsing agent will help with the poor drying, I will try that and hopefully it helps. The poor drying feature is why I give this product 4 out of 5 stars.

Dishwasher is awesome. Quiet. It's real Quiet. The top control takes a bit of getting used to but it looks great. I would recommend this to anyone. If you are using the smart app, a word of caution. The wifi enabled device will "disconnect" from the app, but the "disconnect" is not really that. As soon as the dishwasher is powered on and you check the app, it shows back up. It's a bug that LG is working on, but know that the wifi and app integration works.

Love this dishwasher! Dishes are very clean! Love the light inside too. Highly recommend if your looking for a new one.

I can't believe how much better this dishwasher works than our old one. It uses less water, and the instructions discourage rinsing to save additional water. The interior LED lighting make the clean dishes sparkle and shine like new...nothing like production value! There is a wi-fi interaction that uses an app, but it's very difficult to figure out. I'm not sure it works with Apple's iOS.

Great Dishwasher that is VERY quite and cleans everything incredibly.

Wish it had more features. But aside from that, the dishwasher works well and well advertised. A premium model that stands well against the best of them like the Bosch’s. Wish they had other colors available but atleast its in stock bc its like the PS5…. Dishwashers are hard to come by these days due to the pandemic.

Overall a great dishwasher so far, very happy with the dishwasher so far cleans extremely we ll and is quiet.

Very very quite, good looking, impressed me with the light inside when door is open.

Having trouble getting the dishes to dry, even on the “extra dry” high temp setting. Overall the dishwasher cleans the dishes well, and runs quietly. The adjustable trays are nice, but don’t appear very sturdy and I’m concerned with how they will hold up overtime.

My dishes have never been this clean. Easy to use, quiet and connects to your phone. Love it!
