"smooth touch" control panel doesn't illuminate, cannot read the menu, in light or dark! Cannot see START , timer, clock, oven light, etc. SmartDiagnosis feature only works with Android phones, unlike our LG french door frig. Should be able to turn on by choosing Mode, then temp...but oven just goes off. Waiting on LG repair/ LG "cust. Support" line a true joke! first time ever purchasing a major appliance with no reviews anywhere...lesson learned! Watch this space for post repair update!
