I think we got a good product and our Best Buy associate was great in helping us.

My cook top is what I expected, heavy duty grates and nice clean sleek surface, the 24,000 btu center burner works excellent no problems holding temperature, awesome product.

I unfortunately haven't even been able to install or use this cooktop yet. The item arrived missing an essential part, and it has now been two weeks of waiting for the missing pieces to arrive. I am very disappointed because the listing stated the item was in excellent condition, but it failed to include all the necessary parts required to actually function. I will update this review once I am finally able to get it installed and running, but for now, the experience has been highly frustrating.

I just had it installed, im in remodeling mode, its very pretty. I like the two gold burners, a nice added feature. Hhaven't used it yet. Still remodeling

We purchased this stove, it wasn't going to fit our kitchen. We had a tech guy come to our home, and did measurements and gave us 2 offers on a stove, but those options entailed us cutting into the granite in our kitchen. We really didn't receive other options when asked so we cancelled our order. The tech coming to our home was pretty useless. He did his job don't get me wrong, it was just that the measurements still didn't match any options and we are just left confused.
