Low Sound

I will have to use earbuds I guess, so not too happy about that. Also learned after my purchase you can not replace the battery (have to buy a new phone). Makes me not want to use it for gaming, texting, etc. due to that fact.

Decent for my needs

I have to adjust the settings to my liking, then after that, i think i would be very satisfied for the price paid. I didnt like that they changed the charger connection from the stylo 3, now i have to buy more cords to charge at work, car, etc.

Good contract free phone with Virgin Mobile $200.

Took out the warranty with Best Buy to further protect where the 1 year leaves off, especially accidental breakage etc. Have bought virgin mobile phones for years now and this seems to be a good fit until the next upgrade.

Quality Smart Phone 'But Slow

However the overall response of the apps and task to task speeds very disappointingly Slow. Great phone but not for the user who expects quick response time.

A phone for the accident prone

Bought the Stylo4 and it’s so sturdy!! Just like the 2 was. Accidentally fell out of my pocket while I was at the top of a 20ft ladder, not even a scratch on it. Have to thank Best Buy for helping me pick the LG when my Samsung Galaxy’s battery went bad. Completely happy with their service and expert knowledge.
