User friendly and good battery life. Front camera ok.

I like the fact I text and watch videos at the same time

After talking with the carrier, emailing LG, and the mucho help I received from the Best Buy staff, MMS messages cannot be sent nor received on this brand new phone. There is no software switch. LG's only alternative was to perform a data killing master reset. That shouldn't be needed with a new phone set up by Best Buy. Addituonally, regular SMS text messaging is clumsy when you wish to forward a text. LG's browser does not load all of my emails from a Yahoo account.

I had a Stylo 2 and love it. The 4 is great. Love it.

All of these budget prepaid phones are slow and come packed with bloatware. I got this to take on an international trip. Didn't want to risk bringing my expensive flagship phone. I'd spend more and get an iPhone or galaxy etc

I bought this as a birthday present for my daughter the phone works like it supposed to, but came with no sim card and Virgin Mobile sent one sim card it was a wrong one, then they were going to over night a sims card now they say it will be here in a week. It is frustrating

We could not get this set up with our phone number we had with Virgin Virgin was going to charge us $15.00 to talk to us when their website wouldn’t work. Item returned. This was not Best Buy’s problem. The employees could not have been nicer

Purchased this to replace a Stylo 3.Purchased this for the bigger screen,better resolution,5 ghz connection,and the fact it now has the speaker in the bottom,whereas the stylo 3 had it on the back and when you set the phone down you couldnt hear anything.It has performed great for me.The sound has been improved with more options,still not loud enough.The fingerprint sensor works well,battery life is good,and texting works fine for me.The camera is something I only use for selling on ebay,or sending text attachments,so performs fine for me,but a great camera is not what I buy a phone for.I havent had any problems with the phone,and glad I upgraded.

SO, first of all, I got this phone as a replacement for the ZTE Max XL phone I ONLY bought about 6 months prior that had ALREADY started crapping the bed (I couldn't take proper pictures with it's ridiculous camera,if you just want to take fair quality auto focus pics, then great but if you care about them being in focus? That wouldn't have been the phone for you, my husband is a musician/singer & I couldn't even record him singing/playing with his band because the microphone/speaker on the phone bottomed out & just garbled all recordings. I DIDN'T RECEIVE & WOULD MISS MOST TEXTS, HALF OF MY CALLS, the apps would just die). So I had just had ENOUGH & doled out a fair amount of money, in my opinion, on this phone. I spent all night researching this phone, it's specs, pros/cons & the reviews posted online/youtube MUST have been paid or in return for free phones is all i can think, because I literally have only had this phone 2 days & it has had to be restarted multiple times so the apps can reboot to load properly/fully. I use facebook messenger as my primary texting app instead of the phones factory texting app but for some reason I can't send group texts on this phone??? (I tried EVERY remedy recommended to fix it, watched all tutorials, looked up LG troubleshooting threads & NO change in letting me MMS text. I manage a house with multiple tenants & group texting is imperative for me so this is a MAJOR fault) . For the apps & phones basic settings,tones,rings, notifications have reset & changed automatically multiple times. I don't know if this specific ONE PHONE is a dud or WHAT but considering this model is new on the market, I can't even believe how many faults there are & how disappointed I am!

Looks nice, sleek, runs well, but the camera is pretty much the same as the stylo 3. I wish it had a nicer camera.

First the first time i dropped it screen shattered. I guess cus its metal framed which i find ridiculous. Why make phones heavy instead to concentrating on the hardware. My stylus 2 necer cracked the screen in 2 years.Also no music play app. Why? If i want to listen to music i got to use google play music. As intrusive as google is i hate using any of their apps. Music sound quality not as good as stylo 2. I cant send or receive photos with wi fi on. And also i get text notifications for my texts going out wich is totally unnecessary and annoying. And why they limit the to 2 gigs ram instead of 3gig but only to prepaid stylus 4 its incredible.I dont know if i wld buy another lg phone.

Crashed after several months stop charging completely.The worst Phone I've ever purchased

I purchased two of the LG Stylo 4 less than a week ago to upgrade from a Stylo 3. These phones have the worst signal strength that I have ever seen. They are constantly on roaming. You can't send any text, make a phone call, or use the internet during roaming. I have contacted Virgin Mobile multiple times and have gotten nowhere. If I could return the phone and switch carriers I would. Very dissatisfied with the performance of this device. I would not recommend anyone purchasing this phone unless they want to use Wi-Fi all the time.
