Ordered this phone for my grandfather. Has been pretty simple, had no issues so far. Battery life is good. He doesn't use camera so I can't vouch for that. But all in all decent phone for the price.

Love the slimness; the graphics are great. Easy access to all the apps.

Best Buy had installment special at $5/mo. It's usually $10. Way better than the rest of my family's $30+/mo phones. So far, it has been a very pleasant surprise and better than expected at that price point.

I didn't turn the phone on until a month after I ordered. BIG mistake. I THOUGHT I was buying a NEW phone. When I finally switched my phones, I didn't realize until about a week later that my speaker was not really working. I thought it was just some setting that was turned off. So I brought it back for help. And the sales guy said it isn't a setting, but the speaker actually didn't work. BUT.... There is only a 14 day return policy from when you buy it; not when you turn it on. So basically Best Buy washed their hands from it. The other thing is that my payment plan was $5 a month and my phone service is charging me $10. The camera and video is Very Poor quality. And after almost four months. My memory storage is done. There were SO MANY apps pre-downloaded and many cannot be deleted without affecting the phone. So I'm told I have to deal with Att. (Who didn't sell me the phone) and I'm having issues with that. I paid $30 for fee plus $26 on taxes. Plus $10/mo on installment. And when I looked, ATT says they haven't been taking out any fees.... But on my bill there it is. I'm getting so frustrated with this phone that I want to trade it in. And ATT says I have to pay an amount that was higher than the the Best Buy cost when I bought it for before I can get a new phone. On my plan info it says no monthly fee. Yet they have been charging $10 instead of my contract of $5. So I'm still trying to work on a solution where I don't get screwed again.

It's a newer featured phone so if it offers what you think you want, you should be great! But BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE CARRIER. Best Buy had a promotion on this phone which was pretty much the same as ATT was having but the promotional billing price is not being honored. Month 1 doesn't show. Month 2 - call made and told to wait to month 3. Month 3 - told to wait to month 4. Month 4 no one has record of my previous calls and as it's during Covid, calls keep disconnecting before speaking to someone and going in circles when I get someone. It's a disaster/hassle that can be avoided by just buying directly with the phone carrier. It was implied that they're hoping you get tired or forget to pursue this and pay the higher price.

Great for a budget phone! Makes use of a latest OS version, screen is crisp and vibrant, and th stylus is a great touch.

I bought this phone for someone. They really like it. The camera takes great photos and that was most important to them.

We are happy with the phone and speed in which we received it. Thank you Best Buy for your good service.
