I bought this as a gift and it was really appreciated. It is just as described. The screen size is perfect for my dad, and it is really user friendly. We had no problems activating it with Verizon either.

This is a good alternative to more expensive phones. There is not as much memory on it as it says. Like most phones it is preinstalled with apps that are not needed. Uninstalling them reinstalls them.

I bought this device for an older family member as a gift. It's been simple and easy for her too operate, the camera and video quality are good.. Overall satisfaction with the device is good.

Previously had a Samsung Note 3, this phone is just as good as a Samsung product but much less expensive. Would give it a 5 but the stylus is a little difficult to remove from bottom of phone.

Love the phone but it's bigger than I'd really want. But this has what I wanted in the features. It's a nice phone

My son didn’t like it, he wants an Android with a physical Keypad. My biggest problem was returning it; your policies on returns are horrible. Not only do you only give 14 days to do it you also charge a ridiculous merchandise fee. Mine was $45 and I returned the phone in about 7 days! I’m very unhappy with your business and even though I’ve been a loyal customer for years, I’m considering not shopping with you anymore. It’s no wonder Amazon is doing so well, not only do they make returns easy...they don’t charge stupid fees. You’re driving good customers away!

The screen is big enough for me to see without eye glasses. The battery last long

At first I was a bit sketchy about it saying it was unlocked. I didnt think that it would actually work with my company (metro pcs) but to my surprise it worked out great. My dad loved his Christmas present! It was a win for me because it was a very nice affordable phone

It is fast. I have a the room for Apps I could need. The camera does a pretty good picture. LG Phones are usually very hardy and able to last long time!

I love this phone. It has everything I need to watch videos, listen to music, take pictures. Ohh and I can also use it to talk!!!! LOL!!!! LG's droid software is the best.

This was a nice upgrade from the old phone Gets easier to operate. Price was a good incentive.

I ordered this phone for my dad for Christmas. It arrived before Christmas as promised. It's a good sized phone especially for those with bigger hands. The downsides that I've seen so far is how slow it is in downloading apps and the touch responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired.

This phone is awesome! The stylist is amazing and the graphics and speed are up there with the phones twice its price!

I think its a great phone for me. It has just what I need in a phone. The price was just right for me. I was not looking for an expensive phone, just something that worked for me.

Was on sale when I bought it. It was an upgrade from my previous phone. Can't say that I miss my old phone. Would recommend this to someone who does not need the top specs.

This is a good phone with a large screen and the stylus works well. So big almost considered a phablet lol.

I got the phone for my wife. She likes the camera, but says the speaker is not very good. Hard to hear even with volume all the way up.

The style is modern and sleek, the pictures are fabulous! The screen is crisp and sharp. I love the size. With my eye sight getting worse this is the perfect selection for me. I am totally please with this purchase.
