Works well. Very clear for calls and music. Stayed in while working out, lightweight and good battery life.

The head set is the best one I have owned so far. The ear buds it comes with never slip out of my ears. The contracting wires are nice but just a little to short but no big deal. Comfortable enough that I don't notice them after awhile unless I'm moving a lot then they tend to turn around my neck. I use them all day at work, they have held up through drywall dust, paint over spray and sweat. Very clear phone calls or listening to an audio book.

So far I am relatively happy with this headset, other than primarily one thing. It seems like a lot of people have a hard time hearing me at times as if though the microphone gets muted out. Otherwise, I really love how Sleek these are and I absolutely love the retractable earbuds. And the fact that they are sweat resistant and water resistant helps a lot too.

This is my 2nd set of LG Bluetooth Headsets. I bought them because I listen to audio books while I work so my concern was long battery life. This product has by far exceeded my expectations. The battery has lasted 10-12 hrs of continuous play time. It also has good sound playing music and talking on my cell. I've been very pleased with the overall performance of this product.

I had very specific needs for this. I needed a proprietary headphone that would connect to my LG OLED TV. For that need, this works excellent. BUT... it can only connect to one device at a time. By that I mean, I have to disconnect it from the TV bluetooth, before I can connect to my IPhone, etc. Bit of a pain, but I'm used to the process now when I need to change devices. It is extremely comfortable around my neck and does not move around when on the treadmill. The concept of pull out earpieces is great, but seems flimsy and only a matter of time before they break. As for sound, kinda like an AM radio. No real bass, no real volume. It's adequate for watching TV and working out, etc. but it's NOT for audiophiles. By the way, I did also test the most expensive LG model (2x the price) with harmon spkrs... no real difference in bass or fullness of sound. Bottom line, i am happy with my purchase. Charge lasts a really long time, and recharges super fast with my hi speed USB charger. It's perfect for my needs which is watching TV and on treadmill.

Great Bluetooth headphones. If I could have chose a different pair I might have. For some reason I have tethering issues with my Bluetooth. One of my biggest pet peeves with these headphones is that 15 ft away they start to cut in and out. which makes it really hard to get work done or get you through your workout and sometimes they cut out even when the phone is in your back pocket but that might be because of my old phone. The things that I love about this LG bluetooth is the fast charging time, The excellent sound quality, the water resistance, the retractable earbuds ( which could be longer), and the program you can download from the Play Store so that it reads out your text, your IM, Voice recording all with the Press of a button. ( Which is great to record conversations that might be going on around you. With no one really knowing that you're recording them. Especially when a lot of your friends think that there are rappers. So that you can replay it back later for them.)

I wanted a Bluetooth headset for work and the gym. These are great for work because of the retractable ear buds. The neck part is tight enough to not move a lot during workouts and the buds fit in snug. Sound quality is great, but sometimes other people can't hear me as well. I love that they tell you if the battery is low, medium, or high.

I rather like this headset. It gets a decent amount of charge in a minimal amount of charge, and the charge is always long enough for me to have a conversation on the phone for several hours before losing power. The sound is also decent. I haven't encountered any problems connecting it to my phone or to my car, either.

I do not use these for music so can offer no opinion there. I feel that this unit has less 'away from the phone range' than my old Plantronics Voyager Pro earpiece. As distance increases the sound goes metallic, scratchy and tinny. That being said, two earpieces means being able to shut out noisy environments that you can better focus on who you are talking with. It wont fall out of your ear(s) the way an in ear piece does when you so much as tilt your head, a fault with Plantronics and others. I feel the retractable cords are a must as eventually the loose wire variety of this product will inevitably suffer breakage due to accidental rough pulling. I can't honestly say that the dual microphone makes this better than the single mic unit I had, before losing it, but doesn't seem to hurt it none either. I find it is best to use only one of the earbuds when in traffic or some other situation where attention to surroundings is imperative. Only 4 stars, for lack of good phone distance separation and possibly for no included AC plug-in adapter.

I have an earlier produced LG set like these and they are still going strong after two years. I bought these as a replacement for when they finally die. Not sure how well the wires will hold up being wound in and out but the sound is just as good as my first pair. Very good sound all around including bass.

I would give these 5 stars but I don't like the way you make the ear buds retract by pulling on them. I see issues with wear doing that. A button to retract would eliminate the issue. Otherwise, fantastic sound, lightweight and they don't fall off your neck if you have to bend over.

My old Bluetooth was giving out so I bought these. A big factor was being water/sweat resistant. Although these had a good sound, they were too small to fit around my neck, they only came about half way and felt like they were falling off (I have a thick neck). This placed the single microphone below my ear, so when I was driving while wearing a jacket, my wife couldn't hear me or sounded too muffled to understand. While inside the house they picked up okay and she could hear me better. I returned these and got the Platinum instead. They did work well for being inside and work well for phone calls, and listening to music; but if you have a large neck like myself, or will be wearing a jacket or coat that will cover the microphone, you may want to consider a different model.

Headphones have great sound for the money and good quality bass tones. They are comfortable to wear all day and have sufficient battery life to last through most every day activities. Workouts, lawn work, etc.

The sound is pretty good. The bluetooth is not very strong. If phone is in my back pocket, sometimes it breaks up. Same with the microphone. It only takes about 1 1/2 hours for a full charge which gives me 12 hours of listening which is perfect for work.

I listen to books, so I wear the headset for many hours at a time. I like the sleek design, light weight, and easy to find buttons. It carries a charge for at least 8 hours. Also the retractable ear buds are great and the Sound is very good. However, i must stay attached to my phone since the range of the headset is only about 15 feet on one level of the house. It will not work if the phone is on another level. My previous Bose headphone had a much greater range. Finally, the ear buds do not stay in my ears very well. Perhaps more sizes of bud coverings would help. Would I buy it again? No.

I've had the 950 in the past and it had great sound quality. This one is perfect for what I need it for. The sound quality is also pretty good, the battery lasts very long and it serves the functions that I need it for very well.
