The wires are too short so when I run the buds pull out of my ears. Very disappointing. I love the battery life and sound but I can not use them for what I bought them for. I am 5'11" but I do not have a long neck.. Very disappointing they couldnt have made the wires 1" longer..

Bought this as a Christmas gift while on sale and it turned out to be one of the better purchases i made. the headset fits comfortably around my neck and the sound quality is pretty good. The range is good as well and I can get about 20 feet from my phone. The cords for the earbuds could be an inch longer but overall it's a quality set.

These are durable & comfy, wish they were a little louder.

I love....... this Bluetooth. I have small ears and the earbuds fit perfectly in my ear. I also like the fact that the earbuds retract with very little effort. The sound quality is great, it was easy to pair and they are perfect for the gym. Definitely a great buy.

It started out good. good sound,good response. although it would break up momentarily while i would run,but i could deal with it.. I bought it because it was water and sweat resistant. After about a month it would not power off. i connected it to the charger and let it get to full capacity. then it would not power on. I tried to exchange it at my local Best Buy but no joy since the exchange policy is 14 days. I have sent it to back to LG for repair. its been a week so far. LG said it will take 2 weeks. I will let you know when i get it back. Who knew LG had a better policy for bad products the BestBuy. At the moment I would not recommend this product to anyone. We will see if my attitude changes when I get the headset back and put it thru my sweaty paces.

The reason why I purchased this item is so I can use my headset to listen to music when working out Hoping it can be on the watch only with no phone needed but I still need the phone just to listen to music so the purpose I got this item is not useful Overall nice product Good clear quality sound Easy to adjust and use

I purchased the item as a replacement for the Tone Infinim because the head set is no longer sold in stores. I replaced because left speaker no longer worked. I was offered this item instead. I prefer the Tone instead because of better sound. I have a refund due for service plan waiting for reverse charge of $20 back on my debit card.

Convenient to use. Comfortable. Long lasting battery

The LG sport wireless headphones are my third set. These are well constructed and I like that they are sweat proof both of my previous sets ended up not working after several months of use when I was sweating. They would turn on and off on their own. This set so far is working well and the sound quality meets my expectations.

I love the Tone Active. Has great sound and it's easy to clean because the ear bug chords retract. This pair was an upgrade in the Tone line. Great sound for music, movies, and phone calls! Also feels weightless on my neck compared to other Tone models I've had.
