I don't like to wear headphones or head peices but since the law passed no phone use it needed to buy this. To my surprise I use it even when I'm not driving. The sound quality is great def better than I expected. It sits comfortably around my neck and easy to use.

These headphones are great. They are lightweight enough to forget they are even around your neck! I have never had any issues with them. They have a long lasting battery and they cancel noise out when the earbuds are in your ears. Would reccomend!

Great sound for a head set ,too small for my neck.

My husband is always wearing headphones with a cord under his shirt. I bought these for his birthday as they are water resistant and he works outdoors sometimes. He loves the sound quality and that he can use the phone for calls as well.

Sound quality for the person wearing the headset is excellent. When using for a phone conversation, the person on the other end can have problems understanding the headset user, as it's easy for the microphone to get under the collar/shirt of the person wearing it, making their voice sound distant or muffled.

These headphones are not only light but also sound amazing. The band fits snugly around my neck which is great when in the gym. I had another set of LG headphones that used to stop working after sweat got on them. This is not an issue with these.

I really like these and recommend buying them, especially if you plan to work out with them. However, the instructions could use some help. The buttons are recessed. When the on/off button is pressed you must hold it for 2 to 3 seconds. When it turns on (or off) the earphones briefly vibrate. That is a good thing, but not mentioned in the instructions. When trying to pair these with your phone don't charge the device at the same time. There are three buttons on the left. The front one is to turn on (or off) the phone. The other two are volume controls. They take some getting used to in order to increase the volume and not initialize the phone As regards the phone reception I have not encountered problems. I have made and received calls. The callers have said they can hear me fine. The set goes around the neck and gently presses on the front-lateral part of the neck. (I have a 17.5 inch neck). This is likely to keep it from moving around a lot if you are exercising. After a minute or two the pressure is not noticeable.

As someone who is constantly on the road, these headphones are amazing. The sound is clear and the person on the other side can hear me perfectly. As a music lover though these are pretty good. I needed an equalizer to get the right sound out of them. Overall a great solid pair of headphones.

I was skeptical at first thinking that they would be irritating around my neck, but I don't even notice that they are there. Super easy to use and pair with phone. Would recommend getting the warranty though as first set lost volume through one ear bud, but with warranty was easily exchanged.

I got these for hubby Ana he really likes them. They fit perfect around his neck. He is already acquainted with all the features. They are pretty durable (dropped many times) The sound is really good for the brand and price range.

I've had multiple LG sets over the last few years, lost or damaged them. This feels more solid than the last and the added waterproofing is nice. Sound quality is good. I'm still getting used to the relocation of the controls.

I owned another LG tone previously a couple of years ago and it didn't stand up to the environments I work in or sweat from working outside. This one seems much more durable and is water resistant and sweat proof.

I wish I could write the kinda of review LG has deserved in the past for this pair, but unfortunately, for them and myself, I have been less than blown away by their performance. Mind you, the quality while making a normal phone call is great and the battery life is good, I am still unsatisfied by the musical sound quality of any of the higher end headsets. They lack low end response altogether. The oldest headset I now owe is the LG-800. They have nearly twice the low end frequency response and therefore sound full and rich when talking on the phone AND listening to music, so I actually prefer them over these in nearly any condition. Which stinks. So although I absolutely love LG products, I may be voting with my feet, this could be my last pair. Thanks, Kenny

The sound had improved since some of the older models. I was a little nervous the wires for the ear piece would get caught in something but they retract very easily. Keeps a charge for at least 4-6 hours of play.

The only crack I have on these head phones is there is no noise cancellation on these headphones, so from anything from the crinkling of a bag of chips to a dog barking is extremely loud to a person on the other end of a phone call, everything else is super primo

I've had the rose gold hbs 90 model before and this one is actually almost as good. It's just missing the bass and premium sound quality. The sound is good enough to suit the purpose. Battery life is pretty good as well. I definitely recommend this product.

So the headset is nice and sturdy and started off with great sound and microphone but after three weeks I'm starting to have issues with it. Might be a bad unit, so I'll try another before final judgement.

I purchased these to replace my previous pair that went on the fritz. At first I really didn't like them, but as I used them more and more I was happy about my purchase. I use them in warm ups before basketball games and while working out in the gym. They are great

The quality of the sound is very clear, easy to connect, and good connection range, the battery life is very good. The roll back ear pods are very handy so they don't have to be hanging while working, .

It is incredibly comfortable in your ear and around your neck. Only issue I ran into was the fact that the connection seems to weaken when I place my phone on my back pocket as opposed to my front one. I found it strange but it does this with both my phones.
