I've had mine for 4 days and made multiple phone calls and the microphone is complete junk. Not one person has been able to hear me. The range of 33ft is a joke. Lucky if it goes 20ft without breaking the line. The only good thing about it is the sound. It has incredible sound. The design is good and it is comfortable to wear. Just horrible for phone calls. Also can't stress enough get the warranty

I use these multiple times per week for running and for the most part they have performed very well for this purpose. However, I've encountered two concerns. First reception, they have typical Bluetooth range as long as it's unobstructed line of sight. If you jog with your phone in your hand or walk with it in your pocket the Bluetooth audio is going to cut in and out as the phone loses line of sight to the headset, even though they are only 2-3 ft apart. Secondly, get an extended replacement warranty! I can't stress that enough. As other reviews indicate the earbud wires are too frail for repeated retracting even if you are always gentle with them. Mine failed around the four month mark. I still recommend them for active use but only with a replacement warranty. Without the warranty my rating drops to 2.5 stars.

It's good in the fact that its sweat-proof especially when working or exercising but the controls can be difficult to figure out. It has lost connection many times when I just bend down or even when I walk to the restroom across the hall. The sound quality is great though and it's noise cancellation is impressive.

Sound quality is good for such small earbuds and cords. Only gripe I have is I'm laying on the bench doing dumbbell presses and my phone is right under me. The music starts getting static and cuts out. I know it's because of the metal in the bench, but I mean it's right under me?

This is a good headset. Like all the LG headphones in this line it fits comfortably around the neck. I like the pull-out earbuds for a custom fit; just be careful when pulling them out or back. The earbuds are comfortable and you can wear these all day. The bluetooth range is fine, and what you'd expect. Sound wise they're not in a class with Bose or Beats but don't try to be and the sound is fine. The controls take some getting used to but once you do it's easy. And as a speakerphone, it's very good. It can be worn all day around your neck and is reasonably comfortable.

Better then the earlier version. Hold up great against sweat with the power button being on the outside. Noise cancelling could be better.

The LG headsets are a great buy just as its predecessor. The only knock on them is the price. I believe it's a little excessive for a set of headphones.

These are better than the previous LG Tone that I had from top to bottom.

I can't even place the phone in my pants pocket without the Bluetooth losing connection. I pacifically purchase this so I can listen to programs throughout the day. Very frustrating.

these are by far the best Bluetooth devices lg has made I take them to the gym and don't have to worry about getting damaged like my last lg pros.. no good great sound quality .. good for work outs

I previously had LG Tone base model. The cord to the ear piece wore out and the wires became frayed. I decided to up grade to the LG Active. The blue tooth distance is not as good as the base LG (sorry I forgot the name of the base pair) and you can't hear as good as the base pair. I wish I would have just bought the same pair instead of paying more for a pair that doesn't work any better

I have tried several behind the neck headphones for running and working out and always ran into issues with the music cutting in and out. Had high hopes for the active model but the first time I ran with them they cut in and out just like the others. It's time for Bluetooth to step it up.

Found this Bluetooth device slightly uncomfortable when worn. Somewhat restricting around the neck, especially when turning your head side to side. Would recommend other products over this one for the same price. Not a fantastic item, but not terrible either.

I enjoy using my LG Tone's pretty much every day at work, syncs to my phone and computer and can easily go back and fourth. The only gripe I have it this "ToneAndTalk" app is absolutely horrible. Headset hooks up to phone, app on phone says it can't connect to headset while phone is still connected to phone.

I use mine every day at work . Not only for music but also as hearing protection . They bock sounds out but are still linked to your phone through the Bluetooth . It helps with communication with our emergency safety alerts .

Speaker and connectivity issues. Convenient to have, but difficult to use at times. Needs separation at power, play, and volume buttons.

Everything about this headphones is just average but the retractable earbuds... Range is not so good, concealment is impossible and the wear comfort is non-existent.

Unfortunately I took a chance purchasing this set without noise cancelling. To many complaints during conversations about noise, especially in car. "I can hear your tires on the road," complained one friend. Yet they cannot hear me. Even at home in a quiet room, if I turn my head to the left I'm not heard.

They fit well and sound great but the range is weak, and then a month in the left earbud stopped working. The manufacturers warranty is a repair program that is a pain in the ***. It took forever just to get through the call center and get an email sent to me with shipping labels and such then you have to mail it off and be without for a couple weeks... they refuse to return for a new product. Buyer beware.
