I purchased to use while running and ended up using them for hands free phone at work too. Great sound quality and long battery life

I bought this for my wife because she wanted something with retractable cords. The Samsung Level U Pro didn't have it which is the one I use so she opted for LG Tone Active, plus it's water resistant. She works in the field as well as in an office so she is out in the weather quite often. She said needed it for work, Sales Person, and not to listen to music or movies. She said it works great for what she uses it for, no difference as compared to the Level U Pro. For those interested, I personally prefer the Samsung Level U Pro. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and she has the Samsung Note 5. The Level U Pro is made for Samsung phones with UHQ Audio. Movies and Music has really great bass and treble as compared to the Tone Active which has really good treble but the bass is lacking. Both have good sound quality on calls, I can't tell the difference, although in windy conditions it "seems" that with the Samsung the caller hears me better. Although, not recommended I guess, but I have walked in rainy weather with the Samsung Level U Pro on and it is still working fine. Same as the Tone Active, although I was less worried while using it.

I was looking for a headset that was Bluetooth capable...I really like this set ...good battery life, I am able to get two work days of use on a single charge.

It has held a charge fine, I had purchased two others before this , had gotten some bad advice from best buy associates. Returned them promptly, What I don't like about these is the on off button, ability to clearly see which button controls which, the cover for where you plug the charger in is pretty flimsy, pretty sure it will snap off soon. I like the way they stay around my neck, the ear buds stay firmly in place! It holds a charge well. sound is ok, not the best of the others I tried, but it was less money, and had features I liked, so I traded comfort and fit for sound I think? I took out the two year warranty plan, I will probably need it. I have had these for about a month now.

This headset is comfortable to wear and has good quality sound. The thing that shocks me the most is the battery life. It lasts me all day at work 8 hrs + the longest i have worked with them so far is a 10hr shift and they still had a charge! I would highly recommend these to anyone who asked me about them.

Got this as a gift for Valentine's Day & was really impressed with the sound quality & overall function of the headset. It worked flawlessly until last week when it died. It will not do anything. My opinion is that sweat (I use it mainly when I'm running) killed it. The store would not swap it & gave me the mfg's number. I'll let you know how it goes from here.

Loved the fit and functionality of this headset. However, returned it since the sound was less than optimal and one side made the some music sound scratchy. Wish the sound quality was as good as the funtionality. Maybe it was just one particular headset?

Good quality, excellent water resistance; only reason I cannot give a 5 star is they broke after a few months.

This was my first purchase of the Bluetooth headset that wrapped around my neck. I was excited to purchase the Bluetooth and use it on my walks. How disappointed I was. First the good points. I like the design and the feel around the neck. I could not feel it at all when I was wearing it. I also like the fact that the headset vibrated when the phone rang. Additionally, the retractable ear buds is a very cool feature. The button lay out is good and overall the sound quantity was excellent. The bad. It broke on the second day I had it. Returned it for another one. That broke two weeks later. I am glad I purchased the warranty. The headset kept breaking where the rubber and plastic housing met both times. I thought it was me, but the design for the rubber and plastic was not ideal. I like the concept but I will not purchase LG again. I ended up with Sol Repulic Shadow headset. Not as nice as the LG but has a better construction.

Brand new out of the box one ear didn't work. But I liked the way it fit and sounded. When we took it back a couple days later Best Buy didn't carry it in the store any more. So we got a different headphone set. Don't like it much at all though cause it always falls out of ears. Wish they would have had this one.

This is a good product. The sound is great. The fit is comfortable. It seems to seal up tight as a drum which is why I purchased it. During heavy work outs it stays in place and is not effected by sweat. If I had a request, it would be to add noise canceling like other sets from this manufacturer.

The reason that I choose this was due my job. I work as an electrician and I was need it something that I can have on me all the time with out trying to put on and off of my ear all the time. Have great battery life and be water proof. This is far good for me as a very picky person.. Thx

I like the fact that the ear buds retract and are out of the way. I also like the sound quality and the way they fit around my neck. I have a little difficulty with the buttons because they are different from the last earphones I had. They are not quite as responsive as my prior set.

I have owned a LG Tone 730 for about 2 years, it is synced with my LG V10. I enjoy the comfort and the easy forward and previous track features on the headset. I thought this would be a nice up grade. The retractable ear plugs are very nice. And the sound quality is even better than my old ones. The biggest problem I had was the Bluetooth connection. If I put the phone in my pocket or purse, I would get static. Or if I left the room I would get static. It is had to be active with these headphone if you get static every time you move. I had to return these and continued to use my Plantronic headset. No static with these.

These are great earbuds. This is my second pair of LG earbuds and I have enjoyed them both. I really like the retractable buds on these plus the tighter fit. The only issue I have had with both pair is I sometimes lose connection while my phone is in my pocket??

I love it, easy to link with my phone and very comfortable.

I mainly use the headset for listening to music at the gym. I had another version of this headset and it stopped working after about 8 mths. I rhought maybe it stopped workong due to the sweat during my workouts. So I decided to purchase this one that was made for sprts and has water resistant. After 1 mth. The microphone stopped working. It fits good for working out, but I'm not getting full use out of it.

Purchased for my wife to use on her long runs. Headphones sound great, stay in place, and generally work exactly as planned. Would prefer a physical switch to turn on and off versus the button you have to hold down.

The earphones sound great!! However, they lost connection with the phone more often than I expected. If the phone is in my pocket, they will often loose the connection. If the phone is within view, they work great.
