I purchased this headset with the highest of expectations considering the 199 price tag. After using for 6 weeks the neck area began to separate from the side panel. I returned under warranty and was told that it was defective but they are no longer making this headset! I was given the option of gold only when I purchased the platinum-silver. When I asked if I could get a refund, I was told no. They were willing to replace with the hbs 920 $69.00 model. My $200 model can be swapped for a lesser $69.00 model! Do not buy this product. If you’re buying anyway, you better get the bestbuy extended warranty you’re gonna need it. At least with the bb warranty they will give you dollar for dollar exchange.

This is my second set only because I wore out my first set. Great sound, lightweight, and awesome pricematch.

This was purchased from. My dad and he loves it. The sound is clear and loud and it is overall comfortable.

I wear mine almost 24/7. I can hardly ever hear my phone when I am driving, so trying hear it just through the speaker phone ids impossible. I skate outdoors about 60 miles a week and usually listen to music the entire time. The battery life is great.

I love the feel of these. The sound is great. The fit is perfect. The retractable headphones are awesome.

These headphones work great in terms of sound quality when playing music. The only complaint is that when speaking on the phone and having both ear plugs in, I get an echo in terms of outside noise. Have to make sure the buds are in completely.

I only returned these because if the retractor button on the inside was irritating my neck. Other than that they sounded good and were comfortable, just a little expensive for what they were.

I spend a majority of my day on conference calls using my mobile. I've always used corded ear buds until I decided to try these. They are perfect, I can walk around without carrying my phone and answer with a simple command and don't have to worry about accidentally walking away and pulling my phone off the desk. The sound quality, both incoming and outgoing is excellent. I am extremely pleased with the decision to move to these.

Has a Sleek design just goes around your neck and it's hands-free the quality and clearness is great.

I've had LG Tone Bluetooth headsets and this one is the best thus far. The battery life and reception is awesome. I like the retractable earbuds because now I don't have to worry about them getting in the way. Overall, it's a good product.

Similar to other LG Bluetooth headsets. Sturdier frame but button placement is different on this model so if you are familiar with other models this will be an adjustment. Good improvement to the bam ground noise cancellation feature on this one.

This product was to replace a broken Bluetooth headset. The sound is clear and the fit is comfortable.

These are the best headphones I have owned. It's best to purchase the protection plan. You never know what can go wrong with headphones I have learned my lesson over the years. But these are this is the best headphones on the market.

The sound is great. It's very lightweight I forget sometimes that i have it on. GREAT product.

Sound is very clear and crisp. The earphone stays in place around my neck. Earbuds fit perfectly.

They have good sound quality. they connect easily. My only issue is that they don't have good range. You can barely go from one room to another. I would definitely look around for a better range but if not I would recommend these.
