After I purchased my lg I had a lot of skeptism because of the previous wireless blue tooths. After my first week I realized that I had not had a problem with it my work demands that my hands be free. So when I'm working an talking at same time it saves me a lot of time an money. I really have learned how to work all the features I have never had a blue tooth long enough to learn it so that is a wonderful feeling an I'm grateful that finally I have a Bluetooth without all the bleeding back no noise transfer or cracking sounds. Other than plastic feel these headphones have a good mic and like the vibration for incoming calls and out of range. I don't fault mic when Siri can't understand what I say

Love this headset. Music and sound is very clear. Ear buds are easily retractable by pressing a button. This is one of the only headsets that I have tried that I can actually hear my phones calls clearly. Love them!

The sound quality is ok but the deep tones could definitely be better. The cords even fully extended feel uncomfortable but that could just be me. Talking is clear though.

I'm a big guy and I was looking for a wireless device that would be comfortable enough to wear all day, I discovered that it wasn't that easy to find. But when I chose to take a chance on the LG like several others before I was sceptical to say the least. I am here to say that this device is extremely comfortable for all day wear and exactly what I was looking for. Awesome in every way.

I love this product and actually reads your text messages to you is a great future for when you're driving or in a meeting and you need to know what's going on I would have given it 5 stars but it was a little pricey

I bought these because I have the OLED tv from LG and as far as I know they are the only ones that are available for my tv but they are excellent ! I read some reviews that they are fragile but this is a myth, they are flexible and work incredibly well amd would recommend them to anyone even if you don't own an LG OLED.. only issue is the range but for me in my home with the TV , no issues

i have had several of them and i am very careful about how i pull the cords out but every one of them eventually seems to stop working no matter what. perhaps the maker of these needs to put some kind of stop on them so that they can only come out so far and not pull the wires loose or whatever is happening to make the earbuds go out. they know there is a problem so why dont they fix it? I love them as long as they work but they should last longer. This last one seems to disconnect more often than the other one i had if i dont use it for a while i have to turn it off and back on again to get it to connect.

This is my 4th LG Tone headset & I have been very pleased with all of them. Sound quality for calls has been good with no complaints from people I'm talking to. I especially enjoy the fast forward/rewind feature that works with downloaded and streaming programs like Netflix as well as cable and satellite providers. This feature on other headsets seems to just be able to control music apps.

Great product and the battery last for forever and it sounds really good.

I had these for 2 years and they just went bad in one ear. I still gave them 4 stars because I thought 2 years for what I've seen on other products. I still bought another pair. But i did buy the warranty.
