I upgraded to this one from the previous version the sound quality is better also you just pull the ear bud strings to retract them also has goggle assist which is nice

thos is the second LG platinum i purchased. it is very convenient to wear when placed around the neck not worrying it might fall un-notice. the sound is so pristine that i always play music.

I love this product, it blocks out noise and you can actually have a good conversation without interference of loud mouth people around you. I would not trade this product. Thank you LG Tone

I LIKE LG BLUETOOTH BECAUSE OF SOUND AND VOLUME AND ITS COMFORTABLE FOR EVERY USE I TRIED MANY BLUETOOTH BEFORE I FOUND THAT VOLUME AND SOUND NOT AS GOOD.

when I first got the device I had it up against my neck and it gave me a heat rash but since I have it under my sweater hood I no longer have any problems with it. I absolutely LOVE that it speaks the last text message that was sent so I no longer have to even look at my phone. Also, has the ability to set it up so it can either give the time or can record a memo, which comes in handy.

I have found this to be the best so far of all the LG headphones. Sound is excellent and is easy to pair to ios phone, tablets and my windows computer. Great product LG keep up the good work

These headphones have excellent sound! The push button retractable buds are nice and take away the threat of wire damage from pulling the buds to reseat them on non-retractable version.

I have been using mine every day since I bought these in April and I have yet to find a headset I like better. I forget I'm wearing them and the retractable ear buds work great.

Great product but I wear them out about 14 because I use them in all kind of climates and about 6 days a week about 8-10 hrs a day, the sound is great and you can use as earplugs too

I've had several different types of headphone but, these are by far the best. They are a bit on the pricey side but, the quality is superior to all the other I've bought. They stay on your neck nicely and the battery life is good since I hook up 2 phones to the one headset. I also like the ease of pulling on the string to put them in your ears and the button to retrieve them easily--no fumbling to find the right notch to get the ear buds secured.

Not as good as I expected. Volume not very high and unable to adjust.

A great headset for relaxing, if your at a restaurants and it's loud the noise cancellation come in handy. Great sound for everyday usage. Would highly recommend this to anybody!!!

I needed some Bluetooth headphones for my iPhone 7. These work great and hold a charge for approximately 2-3 days. I would say I'm using the headset approximately 3-5 hours/day.

good sound. just wish the cables holding the ear buds was thicker.

These are my second headsets. The reason ..... they are sooo comfortable I jumped in the pool and forgot I was wearing them. Oops! So I had to buy another pair. My bad.

It's is more money than I wanted to spend but the sound quality is much better than the next lower model. I have had no connection issues in the one month that I have had it.
