I originally purchased the LG regular model but I’m extremely happy I purchased the platinum edition much better quality and sound.

Great sound and voice for this product. Controls are simple to use and the retractable wires is a must to have to keep wires from dangling.

Its awesome. The audio quality is crisp and clear. The retractable earbuds keeps it from from tangling. Its really a great puchase.

I really like the lg tones platinums because of the features and sound quality. I use em at work and while riding my Harley Davidson.

This is actually the second time I bought this same thing, hoping that this time it would last. It lasted a little over a year but for something this expensive I expected more out of it. The problem is that it needs to be pulled open to fit over your head. While it seems flexible enough, in time that works against it and it starts to pull apart. Eventually it will snap apart depending on how much you use it. Granted the sound was fantastic, I like the retractable inner-ear buds. But for something that essentially must be pulled apart every day you use it, it's bound to break. It just seems to be designed that way.

I love my lg tones. This is my second pair. I broke my first pair and I just had to get a replacement. Gotta to have them!!!!!

Great headset for calls. I don't use it when I workout but I do listen to music when I'm on the plane. Easy to use, comfortable to wear

bought this to overcome a really bad vibration sound when i talk on my phone, couldn't hear anybody. now they are crystal clear.

Terrible microphone position. Like the other reviews, no one can hear me talk unless I pick up the headphones and pick them off my shoulders/neck. The sound quality is good. But it isn't $100 better than my LG 810's. The return ear piece buttons are annoying. It's more more convenient to just give a slight tug and have them auto return similar to my 810's Battery life is okay. After listening to these for 8 hours, I had about 15% or so left on my battery. These were not worth the $180+ tax bought these for. Or were they worth the extra $100+ than my LG 810's. I returned these and bought a second pair of 810's.

Definitely would recommend these to anyone, Great sound quality, built solid they don't feel cheap, had no issues so far.

I had a couple of lg tones the headset breaks off, this model was redesigned placing the microphone on the side close to the neck making it difficult to have a conversation while doing other things, poor range returned item

LG is getting better with each product! Last LG lasted three years until the wire wore out! Sound quality is great.

Comfortable, clear sound both ways. Charge lasts all day.

My wife loves it an wouldn't want anything else. Plus it keeps a charge so long you forget it needs to be charged.
