    Ive owed every model of LG Tones and this is by far the cheapest made headset. Lost the vibration when receiving texts. Quality in sound is very poor compared to the 900. I returned mine and went back to my old ones. Even the retractable cord is thinner feels like could break any second or get a short in it. I can only imagine how long that cord will work before snapping or getting a short.

    Had them less than two weeks and they literally came apart in my hand. I picked them up and they fell apart at the seams. Glad I got them at Best Buy......

    Best buy has discontinued sale of these. The retractable earbuds are terrible. After about 5 months the earbuds stop retracting.

    Overall pleased with design, sound quality, price as Deal of the Day. Major disappointment was to find out after repeated calls to their foreign customer service that in fact it will not sync with Microsoft Surface 4 or my HP Envy laptop, despite both devices having Bluetooth. This is a major drawback and should be more honestly disclosed on packaging and description by LG. Bose still wins overall but the convenience of this for hiking, not having around ear or on ear and long battery/recharge ability is ideal for me. I don't believe in using headsets like this in a car although in my home state it isn't illegal.
