I have returned this like 3 times decided to stop getting these

This is my 3rd one and thay had different issues. It's not worth it.

Had an ok fit. Not good for working out though and overall sound was so so

I think this is a good product overall. But it is nothing very special.

3rd pair of LG headset. One ear continuously goes completely out.

it worked okay but I work construction once I started sweating and it they started messing up a little bit the people's talking to can't hear me good the light letting you know it's charging don't work

I was disappointed with the lack of bass in these earbuds. The sound quality is fine but the bass response is severely lacking. Not worth the price and a bit bulky to wear. Will be returning.

People complain that they can barely hear me on phone calls. I am generally happy with the brand, ive had other models that were great.

I have had other LG products that were far better and less expensive that worked far better. The mic is not in a great spot.

Upgraded to this model and the very disappointed. Everyone I speak to using the microphone during phone usage says they can't understand me . Took it back thinking it was a problem with the unit after one day. Got another unit and having same problem. Wasted my money started using my old unit again.

The other person hears ALL of your background noise. It doesn't tell to to charge it, it jus disconnects.

I have been a long time fan of the LG Tones. The new Platinums are coded as the HBS 1100. These are a big step up even from the old and new infinims. First of all the build of the headset is sturdy yet still light. The headset is a little longer than the previous generation making for a comfortable drape around the neck. The top part is still flexible without feeling cheap so they aren't as rigid as the first gen infinims. Aluminum accents are everyone on this thing complimented by brushed plastic. The earbuds are made from the aluminum making the headset feel much more premium. The sound has improved leaps and bounds over previous generations. You can take full advantage of all the improvements only if you have a LG G5, but for such small drivers the base is rich and present but not overpowering, and the mids and highs are well balanced with no distortion even at higher volumes. The earbuds are comfortable and can be worn for hours on end. Of course retractable earbuds make a return here as well. Last and favorite part is the dual mic noise cancelling for phone calls. Previous tone headsets would allow background noise in during a call, but these are now the perfect music listening and phone call taking headset and the 200$ price tag is well worth it. If you want all the great features but don't need the premium build, go with the second gen infinims for 149$ but I am incredibly happy with the Platinums.
