Listen to music or hear a conversation in a noisy place. A little pricey. Buy the protection plan if your hard on gadgets like I am.

She like to be able to to talk on her phone or listen to music while cleaning or cooking dinner and they allow her to do just that. The sound quality is great!

Had issues with the retractable ear buds. One side would not retract fully without pulling back and forth. Works great when phone is directly in front of headphones but cuts out when phone is behind me or in front pants pocket. Returned to store.

I prefer using these as opposed to just my phone since the sound is clearer and sharper. Not to mention the convenience of not having to hold my phone up to my ear.

Light around the neck, best call volume and sound among all the LG bluetooth devices I've ever had before. The only thing I don't like is the location of the call button. Overall, great product.
