I just got these headphones a month ago and I have to say the quality of sound if great it tell you when you answered a call or ended a call it tells you when your out of ranger and tells you the level of your battery life from high, medium to low these have a high battery life my lg tone pro has not died yet more curved design and more comfortable ear buds. I would recommend these to anyone.

The concept of this device is a great one and I aplaud it all the way. It has crystal clear sound and fits comfortably on anyone's neck. Although, I have noticed some bugs: after a small amount of use, I've noticed the left earbud will slowly start to lose its sound, making the right earbud dominate and soon lose its sound too. Also, sometimes, it will randomly stop music and will not allow me to play it unless I turn it off and back on. These bugs are consistent and annoying, but at the end of the day, forgetable. But, the device would be more than twice as good if these bugs were fixed. Other than that, great device.

I really enjoy this earpiece especially the sound quality ease of use and the long battery life great product for the money.

Very convenient for hands free talking but picks up a lot of background noise and I must repeat myself often during a conversation.

I love my Bluetooth I get a root canal I turn on my blue tooth and it's smooth sailing from start to finnish, if you don't have one get one.

I like you can listen to music then switch to the phone if you get a call without ever touching your phone

Got this headset for my son, who loves the ability to communicate with his teammates playing Black Ops 2.

I like it cause phone calls sound clear and also the music

Battery life don't last as much as the older model did

I love this product on my way or at work. Love it.

I had the older version and I was happy. This one doesn't go off not even when you turn the switch off. Only the buttons don't work anymore when you are turning off the switch but you can still hear in the headset if you answer from your phone. I returned one device because I thought was just defect but the new one does the same. It has other erorrs too. You can not answer to another call if you are already on a call like the old one. When you are trying to hang up to the first call also declines the second call too . It is just bad. I do not recomand. Look for the older version. It is much better

I've been using this bluetooth headset for about a month now practically on a daily basis. It's accomplished everything I've wanted them to do and more. I was tired of my wired headphones that were always getting caught while I was working in the yard or kept me tethered to my desk at work while my phone was charging. It also seems like every phone case out there barely leaves the room for any headphone plugs. This headset fits the bill perfectly. They are wireless so there's nothing to get tangled up. They paired and connected to my S5 easily. The battery life has done remarkably well. I have worn them all day at work and in the evening with no problems. The around the neck was awkward at first, but was gone in a couple days. I hardly even notice them anymore. My only complaint would be the button placement. There's been a couple times where I've gone to sneeze or something and inadvertently pressed things that I didn't want to. I also love the vibrating notifications feature. It's so much easier to recognize than a shaking phone in your pocket. I heard others questioning the devices sound loudness and quality. I've found the quality to be just fine. The loudness certainly isn't going to blow any eardrums, but I've used them around small engines and still not had any problems hearing them. I plan to continue using these guys for a long time, and I would have no issue recommending them to anybody else.

The wireless aspect is obviously the selling point. Makes day to day tasks much easier to accomplish without the hassle of holding the phone to your ear, or having a cord getting caught on things. The battery life is great too. I probably only charge them once every two days or so if I'm not using them extremely heavily. Unfortunately the range leaves a bit to be desired. Anytime I am more than around 25' from the source, I begin to loose connection (which is expected from a bluetooth device). The sound quality is REALLY good for bluetooth headphones also. Good bass and treble.

I bought these as a replacement for my 730 which finally gave out after a long and very happy relationship but unfortunately they weren't as good as the old model. I had a lot of interference on calls, many complaints from people who couldn't hear me even in a quiet room. I also had a problem with them staying in my ears, I tried changing the buds but the ones supplied still didn't give me a good fit. That being said what was good about them was when they did work right the sound for music was awesome. The fact you could connect to more than one device at a time was my biggest reason for buying them. The vibration feature also meant you didn't have to keep them plugged in to know you had a call coming in if your phone was on silent.The talk time and music time were very good between charges usually went the whole day on a full charge. Moving the controls to the sides instead of the top was a good move, it prevented many accidental hangups because of chin movement. Last but not least the blue casing as opposed to the traditional black or white made it awesome too. I intend to try again to find a pair that will work for me cause I think I just got a hold of a bad batch because I really do like these headphones, just not the couple I tried. When and if I try again I will be sure to write an updated review. If I can offer these enhancement ideas thicker flatter wires for increased durability and a longer range between it and the device. It would be nice to walk through my house and still hear the music without having to carry my devices with me all the time.

This was a replacement for my LG HBS-750 which is the predecessor to this model. I think that the HBS-750 was a little more comfortable to wear around the neck and the button placement more ergonomic. Sound quality is a tad better on the new edition and battery life is still excellent. I’ll talk on this headset for over 4 hours per day and go 2-3 days without needing to recharge it. I also use it to watch movies on my Tablet in bed when my better half is sleeping. This is my 3rd LG headset (HBS-730 & HBS-750 before this) all of which are, in my opinion, by far the best wireless headsets out there. Prior to these LG's I've tried 3 different iterations of the jawbone and multiple other in-ear blue tooth's, all of which people I’m talking to would complain about not being able to hear me speaking. With the LG HBS' I never get a complaint about clarity. LG has the blue tooth headset game on lock. I would not recommend it to the jogger or runner, nor the person who is concerned with making a fashion statement. It’s a little goofy looking, but the functionality of this device definitely out-weigh’s the constant question of “What’s that thing hanging around your neck?”. All that said, I’ve bought these as gifts for friends and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great hands-free headset.

It's a good bluetooth headset that I use everyday. I've gone through many headsets and have issues with the person on the other line not being able to hear me over the road noise. This headset has been great and I haven't had any complaint since. The battery life is wonderful, I love that there's no connection wires, and that I can wear it on my neck all day without it getting in the way of anything.

I travel a lot and use several electronic devices for my job and personal needs. This headset is ideal for all of my Bluetooth compatible devices. I use it for calls, webinars, plane rides and when I just want to relax and enjoy my tunes! The sound, long battery life and light weight comfortable design are amazing! I've bought three others as gifts! I am thrilled with my choice, and am confident you will be too!

I owned a pair of the LG Tone + headphones and I must say that these are more comfortable. Sound quality is not much different. They do sound good but it's not much different than the Tone+. I'm not thrilled with the range of these headphones but it's satisfactory. The only draw back is they fall off sometimes and I attribute that to the fact that my neck is a little larger than the average user.

These are awesome headphones! Great sound and long lasting battery life. I got the blue pair and I get a lots of complements on how cool they look. Unfortunately there are a lot of fake products out there and LG is taking the hit for it. I hear people say that " I had a pair of those but they sounded terrible, didn't hold a charge or just didn't work." I always ask them ,"How did they cost you ?" Usually I hear about $20. I tell them they got knock offs. I suggest that they go to a real store (like Best Buy) and purchase the real deal. But the real deal will cost more than $20. This is my 3rd pair of LG's in about 4yrs so I got the replacement plan on my latest pair because I seem to be hard on the ear bud wires. But I have mine on all day, every day. They do sometimes vibrate for no reason but I think its my phone causing the issue. Also these are an "older" model. The newest model (HBS-900) has retractable ear buds but I hear about lots of issues audio issues with these. I think its because of the thin wiring used for the ear buds.

I like these headphones because they're wireless; I was always ripping conventional headphones out of my ears from snagging the wire on something. I hardly can tell there on my neck most of the time. the volume does not get as loud as I would like. the loudest setting is like medium volume on other headphones.when i'm laying on my back they tend to fall off my neck, which is a pain because I like to listen to music when i'm working on a car. battery lasts all day and I charge them overnight. comes with usb cable, but not a charger. Sometimes loses signal when only 6 feet away from phone, but works well most of the time.
