plugs keep falling out of ear. wire not long enough..

Sometimes the headset turns off in the middle of a coversation not sure if there is a short somewhere within the headset.

I bought for my granddaughter who likes to listen to music and books online. She constantly is breaking or losing the usual headsets so I bought this. it has held up to the abuse of a 9 year old and is great for mom and dad too.

I've had problems with the headet disconnecting and reconnecting over and over and the phone was sitting right next to me

Didn't like the way the earbuds didn't stay up. And also couldn't go far from my phone without the headsets losing signal.

I bought and it never has worked since I bought. I don't go out that way that often so it really was a waste of money.

I had selected a few possibilities based on online reviews. At the store the associates helped me find the item and discussed their experiences with the LG brand of headset. Customers are very pleased and come back to buy more!

I purchased this Bluetooth at Best Buy and when I took it out the box it appeared to have fingerprints on silver line. I was thinking hey I can return this cause the salesman told me I had 30 days to return. I went back to the store 16 days later and was informed that I could not return. This headset is staticky, cuts out when I'm talking to ppl...the worst ever and now I'm stuck with it

So far the headset are good . Just need a better connection with older buildings I always lose Signal for a second

I don't believe in 5 stars because there is always at least 1 problem with something. I just haven't found it yet.

I like the convenience of having them on when I am driving. So I don't have to worry about fumbling with my phone.

RIGHT SIDE QUIT WORKING AFTER ONLY 2 WEEKS AND WHEN THE LEFT SIDE STARTED GOING OUT, BARELY ABLE TO HEAR THE PERSON TALKING, I STOPPED USING IT. TOOK IT BACK TO BEST BUY AND BECAUSE I DIDN'T BUT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH THE GEEK SQUAD, THEY WON'T HONOR THE WARRANTY. I HAVE TO SPEND MORE MONEY TO SHIP IT BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD PURCHASE OR A GOOD STORE POLICY.

The headset is great. I have trouble getting the ear buds in the little magnetic thing but that might just be me.

The product is not as reliable as my previous headset. It doesn't not have good signal strength or noise filtration.

I had to switch my pink lg headsets and the only pair available were these. They are just ok to me. Talking on the phone it's hard to hear majority of the time. Didn't have that issue with my old set. All in all, they are acceptable for serving their purpose, but I was expecting a much better upgrade from my pink ones when I got these and am a bit disappointed with my results!

For the cost of this headphones. I think the quality needs to improve. This is my second set in the last 3 months.

I've tried Motorola, Plantronics, and Jawbone to name a few. These are the handiest yet. They rest out of the road and when I need them, all I have to do is plug the earbud in an hit the answer button. No fuss, no muss.

Like new answer button but the magnetic ear buds do not seem to stay in place as well as the previous model.

Definitely a must have for those on the go and for those who use their phone for business or for exercise.

THE VOLUME QUALITY IS POOR I HAVE EXCHANGED THIS TWICE AND EACH ONE KEEP DOING THE SAME THING, AND ON TOP OF THAT I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK ALL I CAN GET IS A BEST BUY GIFT CARD.
