We looked at the store and read reviews and talked to multiple sales people trying to decide on which machine to get... We decided on this one and LOVE IT! So much room for everything as well! Can fit a giant down comforter in here plus clothes and still have room! It's great and there's so many different settings!

I had heard good things about this washer and thus far it has delivered as promised. Very quiet when running. Spacious tub capable of handling large loads. Overall, we are happy with our selection.

Love , love , love it! It saves me a lot of time. I usually do 6-7 loads of clothes every few days with my old washer. I hate laundry so much because I never get it done & clothes just piles up. I was able to do 2 big loads with this washer . It washes clothes evenly clean & whites come out white. This is definitely a great washer for someone that has a 4 years old or kids that are in potty trained mode, vomiting, sneezing & spreading their germs everywhere on their clothes & blankets. Perhaps, a family that has an over sized male that smokes & take up all the laundry space. Well, this is the washer for you. Also, the washer doesn't eat up your clothes . Great washer overall .

The wife and I had to replace our five year old high end front load washer. The repair tech told us that the front loaders wear out the bearings frequently because of all the weight that sits on the end of the motor shaft. I have read this before and so we decided to go back to a top load washer. Watching the washer work had me skeptical and I still cannot figure out how the washer cleans so well. The wife is completely happy with the operation of the washer. The only problem we have is the way you add the soap. This was easily solved by using a small measuring cup.

I cannot stop washing things in my house since I got it. From my delicate lace curtains to a king size overstuffed comforter it has done a perfect job. I also used the sanitizer on all my outdoor dog bedding. Everything comes out clean! It is so large that it has cut my laundry time in half.

Cannot sing the praises of salesclerk, Max & Manager, Mark enough. I read reviews, went to all the other big box stores in Jefferson City, MO & came back to BB to seal the deal because of superior customer service. The washer is great, quiet operation, gets clothes cleaner than I thought possible & using small amt of water--this new agitation method works by shooting water up under & thru the clothes--I was a skeptic, but am now convinced & tell everyone these are the way to go. I like front load for decorating options but the HE top load for getting the dirt out (farm clothes & bedding).

Having owned a Cabrio high efficiency machine previously (2yrs old), this washer is far and away a superior machine. The agitation is much more effective, the clothes make many cycles from the bottom to top of the load. It also spins the whole load with water which seems to distribute the soap well throughout. And it is amazingly quiet, sometimes you forget it is running until you hear the song at the end of the cycle. Extremely impressed with this washer.

We elected to replace our old front-loader with a new top load machine. We have used it a few weeks, and we enjoy it. It seems that it can hold more than our front-loader, and have noticed that it cleans clothes better, even with a larger load. It is a little louder than a front loader.

This machine is far superior to our previous front loading machine. Handles large loads better, is much quieter, and requires a lot less HE detergent.

After having one of the the "exploding" Samsung washers and trying two very noisy Whirpool washing machines, the installer suggested that we try a LG washer. I'm glad we did. It's quite, easy to use, and performs the way it should.

This washer has a larger capacity than I expected. I can wash a load of bed sheets along with a small load of clothes and everything comes out CLEAN! The washer is pretty quiet and I definitely would recommend it over my old front loader (wash tub is clean and fresh after every load - no funky smells).

The washing machine was the one I selected in a Best Buy store. I then called my local store to order the item from them. I was told everything was in order and we set a delivery date. We were in a different state on vacation. My old machine had broken 2 days before we left. Our return was 1 week before Xmas. I had loads of laundry to do. Best Buy.com first sent a delivery date different from the scheduled date. I was able to change this back for our arrival home. Two days before delivery I received another e-mail that there was a problem with my credit card. My order was placed over 1 month previous to this. Many calls and hours on the phone I again thought they had it resolved. Not so! I found the service on the site extremely frustrating and usually I am a patient person. So, a word of warning to those not purchasing from your store, be prepared! The washing machine itself seems excellent. The cycles can be selected with adjustments to temp., drying level, dirt level etc. This one is worth checking out at your local store.

I love my new washer and dryer! Large capacity so I can do twice as much as I used to. Very quiet, too.

Was a little hesitant about purchasing a high efficiency washer but to my surprise, I am very happy with it! And I got it as an open box at my local Best Buy at a great price! I can definitely wash more clothes in a single load which is a great BUT I'm still using my old dryer... Will be looking into buying the matching dryer to fit the new loads. Also, I'm very petite and this washer is very deep! You might need a step stool to get the clothes at the very bottom :)

Love our new washer. it is huge, cleans clothes, etc. with very little water and soap. Rinses well and gets most of the water out to dry quickly.

It's really easy to use and has a lot of options to choose from while you're doing your laundry. With the large capacity it has, I can also all my clothes in one load. It fast, quiet and cool looking. Really like the clear glass on the top. Only thing, if you aren't tech savvy, this washer isn't for you...

I have used this washer for over a month now. All my clothes are cleaner then ever. This machine is quite and has all kinds of features.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old LG Front Load Washer. Like other front loaders, we found that it's extremely hard to keep mold from forming around the seal and drain line. It continually smelled like mildew. We tried all the tricks, cleaned it weekly, vinegar and bleach, replacing the $200 seal, you name it. Decided to go back to top load design and this one has a great design. It works great, has a huge capacity and is still HE. Delivery and install was a breeze, the delivery personnel are knowledgeable and very helpful.

So quiet! Gets the job done and so many options to choose from! Definitely happy w this washer!
