I'll be short. This is a great monitor I ever own. Nice colors, nice black/dark colors, very comfortable for eyes. Picture quality overall is very nice. It does everything mentioned in specifications. I thought it a bit overpriced, but now I'm pretty sure it worth it. This is my recommend to everyone who wants nice quality product. I enjoy it.

As a two-year user of the 27GP950-B from Best Buy, I've been thoroughly impressed with its performance across gaming, media consumption, and studying. The 160Hz (O.C) refresh rate ensures smooth gameplay, while the Nano IPS display delivers vibrant colors for an immersive media experience. Overall, the 27GP950-B has proven to be a versatile and reliable choice for my multi-purpose needs.

Material quality, software, screen quality is very good. Response/Refresh time is good enough to play a game.

Good monitor for gaming, been using it for a couple months and theres no issues so far. Pros: -Good colors (with some tuning) -Solid build quality -Good motion clarity for a 144hz display -4K resolution, looks great just as you would expect. Cons: -4K 144hz required a firmware update, only did 120hz out of the box. Fortunately 144hz w/ no DSC worked without issues after updating. -144Hz at 4K isnt easy to achieve, this isnt what I would go for unless you have an RTX 4080/4090 or Radeon 7900 XTX. I am using a desktop pc with an RTX 4090 and HDMI 2.1 cable.

I was looking for a solution to have a monitor for my PS5 running at 4k 120hz and MacbookPro 14in at 4k 144hz. This monitor did the trick. PS5 and MBP 14in M1 looks amazing on this monitor. I haven’t tweaked the monitor settings for either device yet but will do so in the future. (Note: The current macOS does have a preset color profile for this monitor.) Tip for those trying to connect a M1 Macbook. To get the MBP to work at 4k 144hz took some trial and error with USB-C dongles and cables. The solution I found was not using a dongle and sticking with a usb-c to DP cable. The dongles worked but then it stopped working. Tried 3 different DP cables with the dongles. The dongles worked 100% of the time on my windows work laptop. I’ve concluded that the MBP didn’t like the dongles I was using. Dongles. Had to say it again. ha! I am overall happy with my purchase as it provided me with what I was looking for. It saved me a ton of money (and desk space) if I purchased two different monitors. Hopefully my review helps some users out there that were looking for a similar 4k monitor solution for their new M1 Macs and not spending an arm and a leg on those very expensive monitors.

The picture quality is amazing - combined with a great response rate and this is an amazing value for gaming. Highly recommended.

Had this delivered today. No stuck pixels or any other issues at all. It is working perfectly paired with the Xbox Series X. 4K @ 120hz is awesome. Colors pop and the the motion is amazingly smooth. Get it on sale and you be very pleased with the performance for the price.

After having this monitor for almost a year now and putting it through its paces on PC and Console I can safely say its a good monitor if you don't mind the price. The few issues it has is light bleed in the corners and the HDR could be better. As it is an IPS monitor the black levels are a bit meh but once you've seen OLED everything else pales in comparison. The biggest issue with this monitor is of course the price. The performance is great its just that other monitors in the space perform pretty much just as well but come in at about $200 less.

I've been using this monitor a few weeks and so far I love this monitor. Picture quality, refresh rate at 4k, etc is top notch. Windows 10 picked up the monitor right away and adjusted the refresh for my 1080 ti capability. I then tested this with a 3080 ti and windows correctly detected the card and monitor combo could hit a higher refresh. Pros: 4k graphics Excellent performance with input lag Great refresh rates Easy setup Minimal bloatware to control rear LEDs Cons: It is on the expensive side for the value. There are budget 4k if your good with 60hz refresh that are half the cost. I dont love the default red color in back when my LED software isnt on or functioning. I dont like the wheel control but that could just be a personal preference. Doesnt go as dark as I had hoped due to the backlighting. The price! Man if it wasnt nearly $900 after tax Id buy two in a heartbeat.

I love this monitor. everything looks amazing. out of the box there was some light bleed but over time that went away. The only issue is sometimes when switching inputs from my external HDMI switch causes it to freak out but powering off briefly always fixes

Best monitor i've used so far. 4K and 120 fps is amazing. this monitor does it well. Best i've seen for Xbox Series X and PS5. Highly recommend if you can afford this high end beast. The only thing i can complain about is there is no remote.

For a small monitor for console gaming, looks really great. Only problem, HDR is terrible on both PS5 and Xbox series X. Screen is so dark with HDR on, no matter what settings I change in game and in the monitor. Had to just turn HDR off on both consoles. My first 4K screen, so I don’t have much perspective. Was on sale, so was worth the purchase.

I had flickering issues but the new firmware fixed it. Most of these monitors come with outdated firmware. It just takes a really long to update. Also make sure to download the driver (PC users). Runs amazing and colors are great. Paired with a PS5 and a 3080. Also it doesnt run well with Elgato 4k60 pro, it has weird HDR color issues and it strips audio if you run at 1440p 120hz on the PS5. It passes 4k60 easily but make sure the monitor is set to fast and not faster it will cause weird shadows.

Monitor is amazing, but it has many flaws that are deal breakers and my unit may be defective.. I get flickering in my screen which causes it to shut off for 2 seconds then turn back on. I also noticed a weird line on my screen when overclocked mode is on. I am currently running this with a rtx3090 and 11900K A major flaw on this monitor, is when it is left on and the monitor goes into sleep mode.. sometimes monitor doesnt turn back on... You would have to turn off computer using power button.. ive tried unplugging DP 1.4 and unplugging monitor power and it still doesnt work.. I know this is a known issue for the GN950 also.. another downside is this monitor is always out of stock, and I cant really exchange it for another one.. So im going to return this once there are more options.. Overall this monitor is beautiful but defective and has major flaws. Id say a better option would be a 1440p @240hz like AW2721D

I have been looking for awhile for the perfect monitor for 4K gaming and quick response times. If your looking for the same thing i highly suggest this monitor. Ive had the Samsung G7 monitor and this is way better than any other monitor out there. It works great with the Xbox series X. PlayStation 5. Nintendo switch. Steam deck. As well as high end gaming PCs. The colors great as well as the darks and picture is sharp and games like doom look stunning as well as grand theft auto v you can see all the details and everything. A fantastic monitor that received a glowing review and I have to agree. The colors are sharp, the refresh rate excellent and the 144Hz refresh perfect for my needs.

Absolutely love this monitor. The colors and so nice and works well with my PS5, PC, and MacBook and has enough connections to have everything plugged in at the same time. Only problem is that you can’t turn off the RGB lights within the monitor itself and you have to use the usb to the pc to do that, same issue with the start up light, they can easily fix that with a software update. It’s not worth it at it’s original price IMO, it was on sale plus Best Buy had a member discount with it.

Great 4k IPS monitor for next gen console and pc. Sadly it lasted a year before screen issues.
