I absolutely love this monitor. I originally bought the 45 inch that was 3840 x 1440 and it was very nice. 2 weeks later the 5K/2K came out and it was within the 30 day return window so I upgraded and am happy I did. The extra amount of real estate you get is great especially with multiple windows open. This is so much better than the 2 - 32" monitors I had. This works great as a gaming monitor but I wanted it for multitasking and 3 or 4 windows open at a time. It is display port 2.1 compatible and came with all the right cables. It has built in speakers that work very well also. I highly recommend this monitor and LG as a brand as well. .

I moved from a 34” MSI MPG341CQRV monitor to this and the difference is night and day. Of course the true blacks that come with OLEDs not my gaming experience has elevated to a different level! I use this for both gaming, product development and my day job - the text is clear, the games are picture perfect. When I booted up HFW in this for the first time, brought tears to my eyes! Easy firmware upgrades, intuitive OSD - This monitor is simply amazing and everything I wanted! Highly recommended!

Upgrading from the 38" Alienware AW3821DW and I can say that OLED is a game changer! The upped 5k2k resolution is amazing once you are dialed in with the colors and the curve becomes one with your pupils!

Loving this monitor so far. Upgraded from LG 34” 21:9 1440p. 5k2k Resolution is fantastic. The size is impressive. Certainly meant for larger desks and/or wall mounting. If you decide to use this monitor for gaming, be certain your GPU can run the resolution. DLSS or FSR can help with this. The curve is great for immersion and productivity. Could be excessive IF you sat too far away. I keep peak brightness on low so that I can sit closer without straining my eyes. At the current sale price, I would encourage anyone looking at this monitor to pull the trigger. At MSRP, I would suggest making sure it is in your budget, as it is a premium product with premium price tag.

Everything worked flawlessly. Nice and bright picture and high refresh rate. Works great with my driving sim.

Full title was going to be “Perfect gaming display if your budget and desk have room.” Upgraded from a 1440 and the text clarity and resolution bump are noteworthy. Not TV level OLED diplay but excelent for PC gameplay. Was worried about the curve but due to the size it works well with no distortion.

Best monitor that i purchased for gaming. It is oled and it maximizes the visuals specially if you got the RTX 5080/5090

It's the best monitor on the market right now. Great color reproduction and amazing clarity. Fast enough for gaming, sharp enough for business or photography. Overall, a beautiful display. Just make sure you have a PC/GPU capable of running it. This monitor is a beast!

I love this monitor It's huge very comfortable to play or watch movie. You can easily divide in two : one side with movie other side with whatever you work on. The color are stunning

I love the monitor i have been the best experience. With its 5k 2k experience making me feel like i'm in thee actual game with its curvature it looks beautiful. With its beautiful colors and deep blacks while playing the game its amazing monitor with dual moade 330 hertz while playing in 1080p. Best monitor experience i've ever had play evertday experiencing this joy of a monitor.

I use this monitor for work and for some gaming. It's absolutely perfect for both. The curve seems aggressive but it's not that noticable when you are in front of it. Much better than the 2 27" screens I was using or a flat ultra wide.

This is my end game monitor for casual gaming! You will need a decent GPU to be able to push the resolution and frame rate this Oled Panel can provide but you will be blown away by the performance. Baldur's Gate 3 just looks amazing on this!

I bought this monitor because it was rated well for color correctness and I wanted something I could do photo editing with. I love the display and the colors out of the box appear pleasing. I have not had a chance to use a monitor calibration tool with it yet. I do wish it wasn't quite so curved but that seems to be what you get these days. The curvature is fine and I am getting used to it, but it does mess with the aspect on text and such depending on how you use it. I got this on clearance during a Florida tax-free period which made this deal even better. I don't think you can go wrong with this monitor.

Okay first thing first let’s talk about how big the monitor is, I play in tv’s that are in 65 to 70 inch since I can remember, yeah you hear a tv it’s not the best but now this is a whole different ball game with 5k2k ultra wide with 800r man, your field of view it’s amazing and on top of that resolution it’s oled and even more cherry on top it has 165hz on the 5k2k mode or a little less resolution with the 333hz. I stop using a tv and just use this for everything even watching movies. Bonus the monitor sound system it’s crazy good it’s super loud and clear with lots of bass for a monitor, like it’s speakers are better than my tv ones.

Got this on sale and hooked it up, the screen is awesome, it takes a little time to get used to the size of it. I did have issues at first with the resolution. I came to find out my video card (RTX 3060w/12GB) could not get the highest resolution. So I inquired with NVIDIA and was told the RTX 4090 or the high end 50 series would give me up to 5K resolution. So i upgraded to the RTX 5070 with 12 GB and had to get a 8K HDMI cable. But still could not get the highest resolution, it turned out by mistake of me messing with the menu button (btw its underneath the monitor not in the back as indicated on LG's website) and BOOM I got the 5K resolution. Thanks to NVIDIA for their technical assistance. This monitor is awesome, pricey but awesome.

End. Game. Monitor. I’ve been really impressed with the LG 5K2K (5120x2160) ultrawide. The extra vertical resolution over typical 3440x1440 makes a big difference for productivity—coding, spreadsheets, and two full-size windows side-by-side feel effortless. Text is extremely crisp, and scaling looks clean on both macOS and Windows. Color reproduction is excellent for photo/video work, and brightness is strong enough for a well-lit room with minimal glare. Connectivity has been reliable, and the monitor wakes quickly without constant input switching. The stand is solid with smooth height/tilt adjustments. It’s pricey, but if you want high-DPI ultrawide workspace, it delivers.

Very thoughtful design and execution of a fantastic monitor. Not just for gaming, its high resolution and pixel speed make it an all around winner. The aggressive curve may seem excessive at casual glance (as it happens to me at first) but after a few days of visual adjustment, the curve indeed serves a well thoughful function: at the right distance, about 36-40 inches, from the center, the peripheral vision is at equal distance and it requires less head turning as a result. It is crucial for such a big screen. All input are up to date; HDMI and Displayport are all 2.1, I use both a PC (HDMI) and Mac Studio (TB5 to Displayport) and the auto sensing connections are flawless. For the Mac, a right cable is a must (TB5/USB-C 4.0 to Displayport 2.1) for it to work and when it does, it's glorious. Both contrast and brightness are excellent. Text sharpness is acceptable at full 5k/2k as all OLED text are not as sharp as micro LED's; but it is certainly quite functional. The sleep function, pixel cleaning, and all the smart features are excellent. This is probably the best OLED monitor money can buy now! I highly recommend it.

Amazing picture and the size is perfect to replace 2 monitors for 1 single.

Wasn't 100% certain about going from multiple monitors to an ultrawide like this, but after a few days I love it. Took some time to adjust my workflows, and settings to the games I play so my 5070ti could keep up, but it's been great. Not negative or positive but the parabolic effect when sitting in front of it and talking was a little off-putting at first.
