This phone just about standard for. I purchased it for the camera but everything else is just not worth keeping it. I'm stuck with it on a two year plan paying 20 a month and it is sitting in my desk drawer. Went back to my note 4.

Thise product is absolutely great.... The features especially the camera, its amazing.... Dedicated amp for hi def soundbouput is awesome. I didnt upgrade to marshmellow ans that took away some features

The phone is great.if anything it maybe bigger than I need, which is not a problem at all.

Takes great photos. Love the 2 camera option on the front. Battery life is not very good unless you set brightness to < 30%. Gotta feel like an AMOLED screen should have been used. Bluetooth performance is suspect. At times it seems like the range is there but, for the most part, picking up the phone can cause audio to drop out/break up momentarily.

This phone is the best phone I have ever owned. I had a Note 4 before this and this out performs it by a mile.

I ended up returning this phone ultimately. price was excellent though deal of the day. shipping was quick. phone has some great things about it. screen is great, reception is solid as is call quality. phone is snappy and feels good in hand. but what broke it for me was the battery life! absolutely horrendous life.

For being a newly released phone, the battery life is suppose to last 30 hours. I'm almost complete dead after 10 with minimal use. Phone randomly turns off and on sometimes multiple times a day. Phone gets hot while charging. Has an amazing camera and fair user friendly. Has the potential to be a great phone.

Read reviews and specs and watched videos about this phone before purchase. (I always do my homework when it comes to cell phones) Very happy with it, and Best Buy, by far, had the best deal!!

Great phone with one the best camera and video features around and finger scanner works perfect. I can't name no other phone that Comes with all three features (64gb ram, expandable memory SD up to 2tb, and removable battery). My phone lasts all day long (7am-10pm) I don't have Facebook nor games and other apps that needs to be constant active to notify of notifications/posting, I use my computer for that stuff therefore battery last long time. To make things even sweeter Bestbuy even threw in a free 32" LG Television (One less xmas gift to buy for someone) and LG themselves is giving away 200gb SD card, a spare battery, and charger. Wow, can't go wrong with 4 freebies like this.

The phone is wonderful and met my every need. However, the employee was not interested in anything but selling me a phone. Did not explain to me that he was changing my plan and ruining my holidays by his actions. Best Buy never helped me and I had to return the device to save my old plan. Thanks for teasing me with this great new phone Best Buy!

I bought this phone for my husband and was a little apprehensive because we have been Samsung users for the last 6 years. I thought maybe it would be hard to convert; however he absolutely loves it. We are waiting for another deal to come through so I can buy one for myself.

I bought the phone for my wife. She hated how big it was, & it would not configure properly with her works office 365 account. The final straw for her was the quality of the pictures the phone took. So it was returned.

Its getting really hard to decide what phone to get anymore since they are all fairly close in performance and features. Purchase any of the new flagship phones and you really can't go wrong. I originally planned on upgrading to the Note 5 and even went to Best Buy to purchase it when the price dropped after Thanksgiving. So what changed my mind? While I was at the store I found the new V10 and as soon as I picked it up, I fell in love with it. I don't know how to explain it but the phone has a premium feel to it. I like the idea of having a big phone, and this is a big phone, but it doesn't feel big. A couple of other things helped my decision of course, things like the camera software that has tons of manual adjustments but is so easy to use. The removable battery and storage option to go along with the 64GB on board was another big selling point. I'm sure the other flagship phones compare in performance but these are a few things that set it apart. I came from the LG G2 so getting used to the back buttons and software was an easy transition for me. I have to say that getting use to the back buttons when I got the G2 took a bit of time. Funny thing is, I love it now and would have a hard time going back, so don't let that feature dissuade you from going to LG. I still love that knock on feature, glad they kept that going. There wasn't nearly the amount of bloatware that came with my G2. I've had this phone for about of week now and I really like it. I rarely get a phone that I'm totally happy with but I really am with this one. One thing of note, I had to return the first one because the vibrating motor didn't work out of the box. I didn't take a star off since I haven't seen other complaints about this and Best Buy made it completely painless to swap out for another. It really comes down to personal preference with these new phones. The biggest advise I can give is to take a look at this phone before you decide. You may end of choosing the V10 and love it like I do :)

This is the worst phone I have ever had.I spent more time removing junk files than talking on the phone.Not user friendly at all

Made the switch from Apple to LG - V10. At first it felt big in my hand but I have since adjusted well. Cool features and great for gaming and streaming.
