I am coming from the LG G3 and was completely satisfied with that phone. It is quick, has a beautiful display, and checks all the boxes for me in what I wanted from a smart phone. It is without a doubt the best phone I have ever owned. Battery life is average I would say and lasts me throughout the day with moderate use. I am on Verizon and have had no issues.

Phone does everything I need it to. Lightweight and functional.

I am really enjoying the phone. But am a little disappointed that I have not received the $200 gift card yet from Best Buy. I have made several calls and have not received it yet -- only time will tell if Best Buy will hold up their promise

I will say that since Samsung started to curve the display, this phones display is much larger. still getting used to the button on the back, and the 2nd screen at the top is great. i was upset when the note 7 got recalled because of the stylus - i do have to say that this has a note option and is very accurate with just your finger. this phone is great, and i have been a loyal samsung user for my phones in the past. now i may think about LG for future upgrades as well.

Purchased on behalf of someone and she's happy with it. Preferred over Samsung (5) phones.

I didn't want to get another iPhone and this was a great alternative. I really enjoy the apps that are available and it was easy for me to switch to this phone. I lost all of my contacts though

If you enjoy a phone size of the Nexus 6p, then you will really like the LG V20. It is basically the same size as the 6p, but feels much better in the hand. It is well balanced and has a great design. The phone itself is snappy and easy to use. I had no problems setting up the phone. One thing to note if you are coming from Android 6.0 or 6.0.1 on your old phone - The apps don't transfer when using NFC to transfer your information, at least they didn't in my case. I had to go and manually download them again. Maybe this is because they are different versions. Call quality is great. The bluetooth works great with my vehicle and Bluetooth speakers. The fingerprint sensor works quick. At first it was a bit quirky, but I realized that LG had placed a very small bit of plastic covering over the fingerprint sensor. Once that was removed, I redid my fingerprints and it works great. Be sure to catch that before scanning in your fingerprints. I like the 2nd screen functions more than I thought I would. I wouldn't say it is ground breaking, but similar to the always on screen functions. Overall, the benefits of this phone really make a great case for its purchase. Removable battery, expandable memory, 64gb storage, great screen quality, metal chassis. I highly recommend it if you like a phone with a large footprint.

So far this phone has lived up to its potential. Lots of features that I still haven't mastered. Great phone..

The phone is large, iys nice, the only thing. Lg doesnt give you the adapter u need yo use usb charger u have to buy that ,also no Earbuds. Bestbuy is yo slow about. Honoring the promotion on this phone the $200.00 dollars gift card. It wasnt my fault the phone had to be ordered i order it on the 11th of November, pickup on November 27, now Lg offered a free pair of headphones ,guess what they are being shipped. They honored the promotion, Much to say abt BESTBUY

I've always lived LG and they MORE than delivered.

The phone reception is terrible. The camera(s) are terrible. The microphone failed twice. Screen resolution is bad.
