This phone is great for the price. The only things I dont like is that the home button is on the back of the phone and that it is hard to find accesories for this phone in the store. You have to buy it all online

New LG v20 coming from HTC one MAX. My fist LG Phone....Looks like LG is all about shortcuts....meaning making apps and everyday tasks easier to get to. Speakers are good. Clarity ans Sound is good. Haven't seen many issues as of yet.

Had a Note 7 and glad I had to turn it in! Replaceable battery, runs fast, fantastic audio... Did I mention the phone operates faster than the Note 7?? :). Don't take my word for it, head in to the nearest Best Buy and check it out!

I was prey to the Note7 recall and did not want to down grade in size. This was the best alternative at the time. Good phone, different but good. Lots of great features and amazing cameras

Best Buy always has great deals compared to the service provider. I was able to get this phone, smart tv, and $200 BB gift card

The battery on this phone is great! Headphone quality is unmatched. The camera is photography worthy. I have hated lg until I got this phone!

1st LG phone, longtime Samsung guy. Nice set-up, battery life surprisingly good. Nice display. Camera has great capabilities, haven't had chance to fully explore.

I researched this phone and decided on it due to the great reviews on camera memory expansion and battery replacement. It fits all my needs and am very happy with the product.

my first LG Phone...Looks like LG is all about shortcuts getting to apps and setting much faster then my old HTC. Great speaker. Charges Fast Camera pretty good as well

As a former Samsung Galaxy Note 7 user, I needed a replacement phone. I had grown accustomed to the large screen, 64G built in storage with memory card slot, fast processing, and great camera. So I went with the LG V20. It took some getting used to, but I have come to really like the phone. Battery life could be much better, but with a removable battery, it is no problem to carry an extra. The camera is not great in auto, but is superb in manual mode (even for a novice). The double tap screen feature to wake the phone is great, no more searching for buttons. The second screen also took some getting used to, but has become very useful and is very customizable. Maybe the most useful feature, as a Samsung user, is the power button/fingerprint reader. They are one in the same, which is extremely useful and fast. While it is a different phone from the Note 7, the LG V20 is a great phone of its own accord.

After researching every phone option chose the LG V20. Have always had Samsung in the past but like to have a removeable battery. This phone met all the my needs.

Lg took what was great with the lg v10 and made it. Better with the v 20, preforemence could have been better but It's still a full round phone

This phone was certainly better than the G5, however after 2 years it just began it inevitable slow down. Works but is just slow.

My teenager loves this phone. His only complaint was that running Facebook in the background quickly drew down the battery.

Samsung who? The LGV20 is the go to phone of 2016. Not a lot of people even know about the capabilities of this phone and underestimate its potential. Sure it wont get recognized like an Apple or Samsung but its much more powerful and you get a more complete package for your buck. 1.MANUAL VIDEO RECORDING 2.MANUAL PHOTO TAKING 3.HIS RES AUDIO WITH BUILT IN DAC 4.REMOVABLE BATTERY, SD EXPANSION 5.ULTRA WIDE CAMERA MODE. 6.IR sensor 7.Secondary screen that actually serves a purpose and not gimmicky I can go on but if you really enjoy music and videos, this phone is a MUST. Who cares that its not APPLE or SAMSUNG. Id rather have a powerful device than a brand anyway.

Phone is awesome. Bought it for my son who is very into photography and he can take amazing pictures even with this phone. Recommended.

I have been a hardcore samsung user. Bit they recalled my exploding phone and this is what I got. Couldn't be happier.

Camera was HORRIBLE at first when compared to my Note 4. Put it in manual mode and learn to optimize it yourself, you'll be much happier. The screen is darker than the Note 4 and doesn't really seem as good either. Also, there are times when it's pretty buggy. I really wish they had made it water resistant too. By default, it doesn't have a normal app drawer. Switching to google's launcher was a huge help. What makes it stand out for me is the replaceable battery and highly customizable manual camera with dual cameras for an almost panoramic view. Otherwise, it's pretty on-par with the other flagship phones.

My husband had the Samsung Galaxy Note. We traded it in for this phone and he loves it. Great camera quality, features etc.
