Got this to replace my Samsung Note 7 and am very happy with it.

This phone has a lot with it. Memory and an awesome camera.

I bought this phone because I was forced to return my Note 7 phone which was amazing...!!! But having said that,the only thing I miss about my Note 7 is that this is not the same "Feel in my hands". Other than that The LG V20 is actually faster and more responsive overall and more consistently than the Note 7. I even like the finger print scanner on the back of the device which I thought I would hate. I don't really have a negative about this phone. I'm very impressed.

This is in my top 3 phones since moving on to smart phones years ago. First was the LG G3, something I wish I could just upgrade indefinitely. Then this phone, the V20, followed by the Note 7, mostly because I miss the features it had before it became the Samsung's 2016 PR nightmare. The V20 has pretty much everything I look for in a device, expandable storage, replaceable batteries, and a quality build. My only problem with the device is finding ballistic glass screen covers due to some of the curves on the screen edges. Beyond that, I would recommend it to almost anyone looking for an android device.

this is my first time buying lg v20 cell phone.my phone was Samsung for 5 years but the problems Samsung is having now it was time to try soothing else. and I am galad I did . lg is my new best friend love it.

Love this phone. Purchased after note 7 recall and couldn't be happier. Only con is the power button location - do not care for it on the back of the phone

Overall if the product was working properly I believe I would like it better. At this very moment not certain I will purchase this brand again or make purchases from Best Buy.

This is my Note 7 replacement. I was really impressed with my Note 7 and I did not want to give it up so I looked for a phone that was about the same size and power. That was when the LG V20 showed up. This phone does great in taking pictures and is very fast and handles all of the apps that my Note 7 ran. I can't really take any notes since it does not have a pen. It is taking a bit to get used to the button on the back. Besides the normal phone, I use this for texts, video, pictures and keeping an eye on my house and dog.

At first I was just looking for something to replace my note 7 for the time being but after having the phone I must say I really don't miss my note ecept for the stylus. Everything about this phone I definetely recommend it.

I purchased this phone after the Note 7 recall. I have not had any regrets at all, the phone has everything I need & more. The option to swap in a fresh battery is great in an emergency. The second screen is also convenient for pulling up apps as well as settings like wifi, bluetooth & even a flashlight when you need it. The IR blaster is nice when you cant find a remote. The only things I really miss from the Note 7 is the S-pen & that amoled display...

I've been a Samsung fan forever. Due to the recall on the note 7, I had to find something else. Have never liked apple so I figured I would give LG a try. Pretty good phone. Screen size is awesome for movies and games. I haven't experienced any lag from the phone. Overall great phone. Almost makes me forget about my note.

Did not plan on buying I was looking at my options but after seeing the difference between the v20 the LG G5 and the Samsung S7 the v20 blew the others out of the water. Lots of things I do like and a few that I don't that were on the G3. For example pinch and zoom on text messages is not available but it is available in your contacts not sure why they wouldn't have in text rather than contacts

Took some getting used too as was coming from having many Samsung Galaxy phones over last 5 years or so. Love the huge screen and the battery once broken in has been long lasting. Love some of the features such as knocking to turn on and off the screen, the fingerprint/home button being on the back and the dual camera. Definitely recommend for those who love a large phone especially if coming from the Note 7 as I did.

I was eligible for an upgrade for over a year and a half but did not like the choices that were available at the time so I held off. Finally when i just counld take the stress off my old phone i broke down and was about to settle for a phone I was informed about the lg v20 si i held off for a few more weeks and purchased it on its release date and couldn't be more please! Definitely worth the wait!
