Not a fan of this phone. Not as good as any Samsung phone. Had to get cause of Note 7 recall. I hated the phone so much I joined #TeamIphone

I read some reviews "not compatible with Samsung", the difference is some are use to just using Samsung apps. Matter of fact, Samsung doesn't allow you to install their transfer app to the lg, but Lg allows you to install on Samsung as the host phone to transfer from. So if that is your problem just put the LG app in the Samsung to move everything over. I've had every note, though I will miss the pen, everything seems good on the LG, and after switching back to my note 5 from note 7 the LG battery last twice as long as the note 5. If all you have had is Samsung, most things are pre laid out for you, here you will be putting more apps of your choice in with less Samsung bloatware. There is some difference that take getting use to from habit, but they work just as well. What's sad is the carriers pick and market what you buy. carriers only choose one color from LG (not LG's choice but the carrier). Few accessories etc. compared to the ones they want to sell. Under-promoted to promote what the carrier gets the biggest profit from, be it bloatware advertising or what.

I purchased this phone directly through Sprint and absolutely love it! The screen size is perfect and it looks amazing (great brightness, clarity, color, and resolution.) The GPS is super fast and accurate (unlike the LG G5 I had briefly before this). Everything loads up super fast as far as apps go and call quality is great. This is the best phone I have owned (previous phones include LG G2, G3, G5, Samsung Galaxy s3, s6 edge.) Ignore the low review that is clearly a Samsung Fanboy that doesn't even own this phone...

I am a first time LG smart phone owner coming from a Note 7. My biggest concern was that I would not be satisfied with the V20 LCD screen after having the Note 7. Well I am happy to say that LG put those concerns to rest with the V20 screen. I did have to go to display settings turn on comfort view and set it to low in order to get the screen looking the way I like. This setting made the colors more pronounced and fuller looking. I am very happy with my LG V20 so much so I like it better than the Note 7.

Note 7, What Note 7?

I was initially interested in buying the Note 7. But after the recall issue I decided to look at other phones. The V20 being at the top of my list was of most interest to me. I purchased the phone and have been absolutely satisfied with every feature. The OS is great, and offers a very speedy chip set. The screen resolution is fantastic with gorgeous clarity. The additional screen is very convenient when you want quick access to favs. Overall, this is perhaps the best purchase I've made of any/every cellphone I've ever owned. I would strongly recommend this phone to casual user and all others. Simply, it is a great phone, and will not disappoint!

I bought this phone per a high recommendation of a friend. Within the first month, the camera was internally broken and I was shipped a refurb. This one quickly deteriorated as well. Within four months, the phone slowed almost to non functioning, the device itself overheated behind the camera to the point where it couldn't be held, and the browsing speed was an utter joke. Everything was super slow like a bottle of molasses had been used instead of a processor. The only good things I have to say about this phone, is the camera quality is impressive, and the audio quality in highly noisy situations is excellent.
They stopped making the phone, so now that the refurb has died, I'm back to looking for a new phone. It won't be another LG!

I was so excited to leave Samsung. But now I want to go back. This phone is sooooooo glitchy. Calls often drop, Bluetooth often disconnects, phone will pause video or audio for no reason, literally pushing play every 5 secs to watch a video online. LG makes garbage. Oh yeah and the pics/videos look terrible. Battery life hasn't lasted a day yet. Second screen would be cool, if I didn't suspect it's the cause for media playback problems.

Some features on this phone are not compatible to any Samsung product. It is really to bad that the Samsung Note 7 had all of the problems. That was by far a better phone in everyway. The only thing I like about this particular LG phone is the music function, everything else, they can have.
