I used to own a samsung galaxy note 5 and had to switch companies. I am now with AT&T and decided to purchase an LG phone. No regrets, the phone is great and the camera is even better.

I love music and this is great does an awesome job of making my music sound awesome. If you trick it by using an extension for your headphone it really bumps. Best sounding phone. So far so good. Wish it had some more themes but whats out there will have to do.

I love this phone and the Android OS. I was way over due for a new phone and made the choice with this one

This is my first LG phone. Very happy. Easy to use.

My wife broke here Galaxy S7 edge so we went to get her a new phone and decided to give the LG V30 a shot. But being that it wasn't in stock we settled for the V20 and it was down hill from there. The phone was the same monthly price as newer phones like the iPhone 8 and Galaxy S8 but way outdated. The screen quality isn't great (especially compared to Samsung products) The only good thing I could say is the camera modes give you alot of control but the camera quality isn't that good so it's kind of pointless.

Purchased the phone originally wanting the note 7 of course. Wasn't bad looking, I like the "second screen". Not a few days after activating it, it began to freeze then restart itself. I had an iPad and a mac book at home so I finally decided to give up on android and I purchased an iPhone.

The camera is great and the wireless earphones are awesome

I'm an lg fanatic and I love the v20. Its technology is amazing.

I love this phone. It rook a little getting use to after swapping from the note 7. But I am happy with it.

Other than the camera screen breaking, this is a great phone.

Had to replace my Note 7. This was the closest and best alternative.

Got the phone after the Note 7 because of its size, but LG is very behind with its technology. I took the phone back and I got the 7 edge.

Unfortunately, I got caught in the Note 7 debacle and had to replace my phone. Since I am not a fanboy, Apple was out of the question and the only choice at T-mobile was between the Edge 7 and the new LG V20. Since I just had a very bad experience with Samsung and wanted to try something new, I thought I would try the V20. It is a good phone, and it seems to have less bloatware than Samsung. The second screen up top is a nice, useful feature unlike Samsung's gimmicky edge. However, I found that there wasn't anything real sexy about the phone. Sure the headphones can play in super digital sound but I don't use headphones that much. The camera is nice especially with the manual options but I don't find myself using that much, and on regular pictures I find it simply isn't as good or reliable as Samsung. In fact by the time it actually takes a photo the subject has already moved. And otherwise, the phone is pretty dull. No Amoled screen, and simple things like sharing a phone number are not even possible. You would think LG encountered that in the past with all the phones it's made but not a possibility. Want to search for an old email, you can't find anything past 30 days, whereas with Samsung it's a breeze. Also the lack of buttons on the front for convenience is just ridiculous...I see no added benefit by eliminating the front buttons and the power button on the side. It takes three steps to do something that takes one step with other phones. The phone is kind of a like a Toyota Corolla, nothing inspiring or worth waiting in line for but it will get you from A to B. Hopefully, Samsung will make phones that don't blowup in the future and Google will be smart enough to make phones for all carriers.

I too bought this phone after having the Galaxy Note 7 and then trying the Galaxy Edge 7. I usually get a new phone yearly and I have to say that all the phones I have been through this phone is superior in all aspects. The expandable memory, the speed, the internal memory, the camera, the always on display, the quad DAC are just a few of the things that set this apart from all the other phones on the market right now. If you have the opportunity to pick this phone up do it! You will not be disappointed.

Love everything about this phone! Movies don't lag, camera is amazing, build quality is great, and battery can be changed ! All out the best phone I've ever had. It puts galaxy and iPhones in the dirt!

This phone is incredible. I fell victim to the Samsung Note 7 debacle. This is the best replacement I could have thought of, it blows the Note 7 out of the water. Great camera, great screen, great battery life, the DAC is awesome. Pick this phone up! You will NOT regret it!
