I've had this phone for a week now and so far I'm quite satisfied. I was going for the Pixel 3 XL but Best Buy had a great deal for Sprint customers and I took it. First time with LG and I really like this phone so far. The quality seems to be great as far as the screen resolution, the sound and the cameras, all five of them. I was apprehensive about this camera arrangement but after taking a few pictures I have come to like the different options very much. I used this phone for personal and business purposes. Despite the heavy use, the battery lasts a whole day till the next morning. I got rid of all the bloatware and brought it as close as a Google phone possible. Happy user so far.

I have always been a fan of LG’s phones. It seems like LG doesn’t advertised their phones and get the attention as some of the major competitors. This phone has everything any user could want in a flagship phone. The time to get one is now, check out the Carrier’s prices on Best Buy. I got an awesome deal from Sprint that I couldn’t turn away from. This phone has some great specs that makes this phone the one of the year. If you are an video and/or audiophile, look no further; this phone includes a large 6.4 OLED screen and a high end 32 bit quad dac for any set of high end - high ohms headphones for your high resolution music. There is one thing that is lacking with this phone that will be added on soon and that is the Android Pie OS. LG is a little late on the playing field with upgrades. There is so much too love about this phone and I would believe if you know about LG phones or maybe looking for something different and awesome, well this the phone for you. And so far, it has great battery life for the average user.

Upgraded from S8+ (also a great phone). 3 cameras are fun to play with. Very fast. Love the placement of the fingerprint reader.

I absolutely love this phone. The battery life is amazing. The display is awesome. I haven't found anything about this phone that I don't like.

The phone is great :-) upgrate from LG g6 :-) I really like LG, they have good products :-) as I said, a great phone but not perfect :-( fingerprint button / scaner has no option to turn off the phone as in g6, g4 and and other models (it it was very useful) now there is a button :-( but it is in the wrong place) :-( when you press the button 90% of the time you accidentally press the google assistance button or the volume, which are on the opposite side of the phone, and instead the goggle assistance button could add shutter button for camera :-)

This is the best phone that I used that's not a Samsung Galaxy Note 10. Does it take the best pictures? no, but pretty close.

Our family just upgraded and this is the best phone in the house.

Phone is pretty basic for todays standards only true complaint is battery life lags far behind its competitors

Wrote a honest review but i do not see posted. This is the worst phone i have ever owned and I received the worst service and treatment from best buy ever and I am a Elite Plus customer. Defective from Day 1. Sprint 1st level service is frustrating. If you must get this phone or Sprint make sure that you go to Sprint and not Best Buy. Had to send a new phone back to LG because of the Best Buy employees don't know how to do their jobs. Had to buy a spare phone to use while I mail a new defective phine back to LG. LG confirmed they resolved the software issue and the sent the phone back to be not the way it was sent to them. Used the phone for one day and the exact problem is back plus additional issues that I did not have prior to sending the phone to LG. Now customer services wants me to mail the phone back the them again. Run from LG. Every mobile product I buy from them is defective.

I usually keep my phones for 2 years. So this was a great upgrade for me in many ways from Samsung Galaxy 7. I would have to be really nitpicky to find anything wrong with this phone. The best things about it are the Bluetooth, headphone jack, the camera, and the screen. The Bluetooth is so much better than my old phone it connects to my truck quickly and every time. My galaxy phone have always had some sort of small glitches too and my LG phones have not. The sounds that come from headphones or the speaker are much better. The camera's are awesome and fun. The best thing about this phone is the amazing size and clarity of the screen. Only been 2 weeks but so far phone is amazing.

This is probably the best phone on the market. I switched from my iphone X, due to the phone being so buggy since the upgrade. This phone is fast, super nice, and the screen and camera is really amazing. Man there is so much you can do with that camera, its really cool. I would highly recommend this phone over the samsung by far or anyother android phone. LG really gets no credit for a well built phone. Thumbs up LG.
