I love this watch, I thought that the bezel size would bug me but it doesn't. The one negative I have is that after 3 days of use the case was scratched.

I've been a user of smartwatches since the first Android Wear watches rolled out in 2014. I've used Google's, Apple's and Samsung's offerings so I have been accustomed to using various designs on a daily basis. The first thing to note is that the design is very simplistic and not going to be to everyone's taste. The design is on par with what I wanted it to be, but your mileage may vary. The main things that are lacking are the heart rate sensor, NFC to payments, GPS and a speaker. None of these matter to me too much, but it's something to consider. Performance is very good, voice dictation is reliable and the screen is very vibrant looking. Overall very happy.

    Bare bones Android Wear smartwatch

Part of the problem with smartwatches is that neither the public nor the manufacturers have figured out what they are for. Do people want a smartphone for their wrist? Do they want a fitness tracker? What do people need a smartwatch for? I actually went in knowing *exactly* what I wanted a smartwatch for, and so choosing this watch was simple. I wanted a device that would connect to my online calendar and remind me of meetings, events, and the like with a vibration that I would actually notice (unlike my smartphone on vibrate) but which would not be disruptive to my day (unlike my smartphone's alarm.) I wanted a device which could connect to my account on Google Fit and track my activities without being as bulky to carry as my smartphone (a Nexus 6P). I wanted a device that looked like a watch that I would actually wear. I'm a rather slim man, and big, bulky watches make my arms like like twigs. Also, I do not like the "flat tires" on some round displays; nor am I fond of square watches. That was really all I needed and the LG Style does those things. Oh sure. It also can do more. You can download plenty of apps for it (called "complications" from the Play Store.) You can put on Play Music or Overdrive or a podcast app and then download content so that you can connect to a Bluetooth headset and listen from your watch. You can use IFTTT to set up notifications. There are many possibilities. But what do I use a watch for? Keeping time and scheduling. And if I keep that as the main focus for a smartwatch, then I shall never be disappointed. The Style accomplishes that. It looks good. It is comfortable. The screen is crisp and clear. The watch faces are easy to change. And using the side dial is a convenient and comfortable way to scroll. I would almost put this as a perfect example of a basic smartwatch if not for two things. First of all, the battery life. Even though I turn off Bluetooth & WiFi when I am not using them, and keep the screen off when I am not using it, and use adaptive brightness, I cannot squeeze more than a day out of the battery. Usually I wind up turning it off around bedtime and charging it. This could easily be fixed with a larger battery, maybe the one from the LG Sport. It would increase the thickness, but possibly not so much that it would be unwieldy. Second, the charger is small and I worry about losing it. I am concerned that spare chargers do not seem to be available, though I suspect that any inductive charger would work. Third, and least important. I would not be averse to it having a heart rate monitor. Without it, this smartwatch is not quite as functional as most fitness monitors, nor as versatile as most other smartwatches. It needs something to push it over the edge. Beyond that though, this is a decent basic smartwatch. I would say that for form it deserves five stars, but for functionality it only deserves three. So I averaged it to four. I cannot quite recommend this watch. More advances (especially to the battery life) need to be made.

Pros: 1.Nice look with premium leather strap and round face(probably this watch is only for women) 2. Bright display..No problem even u are under direct sunlight 3. Great responsive touch 4.The last but not least is it's awesome 2.0 software Cons: 1. Biggest drawback for me is not having a speaker(I'm using Asus ZenWatch 3 n it has a speaker from which u can listen songs n take calls directly on watch). We have to connect wireless headphones to listen music from this watch. 2.No NFC, GPS There's also no LTE but it's not a big problem for me I would like to recommend it for someone who doesn't bother about the cons I have mentioned above

The watch is amazing and works great with my pixel phone. Easy to use and setup and love the small profile and big screen. The down sides are just two for me. First would be battery could be way better. I am very disappointed that it barely makes it through a work day. Second would be no NFC. Really I don't want to pay almost a hundred more for this with the stupid LTE feature. Really who in there right mind is going to go around talking on there watch up to there mouth like dick tracy.

Bought this smart watch for my wife. She recently switched from IOS to Android. Compared to the Apple watch she had, she likes this watch more due to the slim and round design that the LG Watch Style has. In addition, she is getting about a day and half of use with the LG Watch, which is a little more compared to the Series 1 Apple Watch. Would of gave this product 5 stars but gave it 4 due to the lack of a heart rate monitor. Overall, it is a nice looking watch and good product!

A Pebble replacement this is not; the display and functionality of the LG Style is great and there are a lot of inuitive features the watch has for everyday wear. But get ready to charge this thing every 8 hours because the battery will wear out on you fast. There are some functions you can turn off to get a full day's charge, but then ask yourself why you a bought the watch that had these features to begin with. Good, but not permanent.

The watch is exactly what I was looking for as a starter smart watch. It does not come with all the bells and whistles as some of the other watches but as someone who has never had a smart watch before I wanted to make sure I would be using it all the time before I wanted to pay for the extras. I recommend this watch for someone who doesn't want to pay too much and is okay with not having all the extras I just wish the battery life lasted longer.

Two weeks in this has fulfilled my needs. As a diabetic, I use a watchface that displays my blood sugar in real time (includes graph). Similar to CGM on cell phones, but much easier to glance anytime. So far battery lasts about a day and a half (no internet....just bluetooth), with screen always on. Thin for a smart watch, similar in size to other men's watches. Great appearance. Note...does not have all the features (upgrades to Wear OS), and would not buy for exercizing. At close to $100 highly recommended!

I love my LG Style Smartwatch. Sleek, elegant but casual for everyday use. As a woman with skinny arms, I wanted a light watch (since I wore the heavy Moto 360 1st gen for a long time). It comes with Android 2.0 out from the box. I took one star off because of the poor battery life, but it is my only complaint.

I ordered this watch on its release date and have been using it ever since. I love the features, the look, and all of the apps. The watch is stylish and clean. The touchscreen and dial are easy to use. My only complaint is the battery life. I have to charge it every night. As I write this review at 9pm, my battery is at 29%. Unfortunately, I am use to my Pebble watch which could go a week in between charges.

Got this to replace my Asus Zenwatch 2 refurb, which, after 6 months, has a busted orientation sensor, and has had connectivity issues from day one (won't be buying Asus again, that's for sure). This is a solid, basic Android Wear watch that gets the job done. It has great connectivity with the phone, fits my smallish man-wrists nicely, and I like the rotating crown button. I don't really need a heart rate monitor or speaker, so I don't miss those, but I wish it had NFC for Android Pay. As for battery, my watch usually lasts from about 7:15am to 9pm-ish (when it enters 15% power saving mode) with generally light usage (mostly dismissing notifications and deleting emails). Though the Zenwatch 2 was trouble, its battery was at 35%-40% when I went to bed, so I've adjusted my behavior for the LG Watch Style, like dropping it on the charger when I'm at my desk for an extra battery boost. So I'd recommend this watch, if the battery life works for you needs.

This is my first smartwatch. Overall I am happy with it but there could always be improvements. I did not like the strap that came with it, so I purchased a metal band thats more like a watch band for it which I like. Sometimes I don't like the button on the side because it's connected to "Ok Google" and if I lift my wrist sometimes it activates it, but that isn't a huge deal. My main thing is the battery life. The battery life could be better, it does tend to not last as long, but for what I typically use it for, as long as I don't overuse it, it gets me through most of the day. I do have to charge it daily, but it has a super fast charge. I could always buy an additional charger if I need it when I'm at work or in my car or something, but I usually keep it at home and throw it on at the end of the day when I go to bed. Overall, it is a good watch and it is a great starter smartwatch for me that I plan on keeping for quite a few years.

It's size is the #1 reason for purchase. Had the gear S3 and loved the watch but it was just too big for me. This one is perfect. Doesn't have GPS or NFC so took a star off.

I bought this for my adult daughter's birthday. I chose it mainly for looks and price point. It is a quality smart watch, but isn't full featured. You cannot answer or make calls with the watch, but it does do pretty much everything else. We had a little difficulty getting it setup with her Galaxy S7 Edge, but it did finally pair and finish the setup and has worked flawlessly ever since. It probably has the best UI of the watches I looked at. Very smooth and reliable. Best thing I can say is that my daughter loves it and I didn't have to spend $300+ to get what she wanted.

As someone who wanted to get a smart watch, I was trying to find something that was effective, yet not as expensive as some Samsung watches. I bought this product when it came out and can assurantly say it had withheld the test of time. It's very simple, responsive, light, and has a decent amount of features in it to be considered a full smart watch. Receive and respond to texts, answer or decline calls (but not communicate) browse or play music and store it on the watch, and many others things. Would highly recomend.

I was shopping for about 6 months, and I bought every smartwatch you can think of and I absolutely loved this one the most! It's sleek, thin, and very feminine for a smart watch. Most smartwatches are very bulky and manly. I loved all the features and thought the layout was very simple, everything worked very well except the radius it had to be from my phone in order for it to work! Jesus, it was awful. If my phone wasn't literally right next to it, it wouldn't work. For example, my phone was in my backpack which was in my trunk, and I was driving, my phone was connected to my car because my car stereo said I just received a text, I looked down at my watch to check the text message and my watch said it was disconnected from my phone.....really? It's 3 feet away in my trunk! Ridiculous! Another example, I had my phone charging on my dresser which is next to my bed, I use it also as a nightstand. I was laying in bed and I went to go mess with my watch and it said it wasn't connected to my phone?? Once again, that's ridiculous! Unfortunately I took it back and tried to buy the other LG sport watch that you can put a Sim card in. I loved it, I didn't need my phone near me at all, it was great for exercising and for work. But it was so insanely bulky, I hit it on everything! And then it eventually just stopped working for no reason. I took it back and gave up on having a Smartwatch. So if you don't mind having your phone right next to your watch, this is a great watch but what's the point of having it when your phone is right there?

My first smartwatch and I love it! Not only does it look great and stylish but works great. Only drawback is the battery life. I have to charge it every night and then be careful how much I do during the day like texting checking email etc. The more it's used the faster the battery runs down I love the feature that allows me to change the clock face. Overall excellent product. I am very happy with this purchase
