LG “specialists” on chat and phone will tell you that this is compatible wirh older soundbars such as rhe SP9YA. IT IS NOT! Many people on the web amd reddit are buying it based on this misinformation. They are going to have a serious problem woth retuns and RMA due to this. So save yourelef the trouble, it only works woth the new sounbars.

LG has told me to do a hard reset on both soundbar and rear speakers, and then return them if they still won't work properly. Tried that, so now going to exchange. LG does NOT have quality control, but they're in good company on that point.

Not worth anything unless source is Dolby ATMOS

Not terrible but not worth full price

I pretty much have to turn them up to the max level in the EQ for them to make much of a difference I got them on sale and I had a bunch of reward certificates but I would not pay more than $100 for these they’re not really worth it

Very disappointed

Both times they said that there was nothing wrong, but I am now writing this review because the left one has stopped working. It's still under warranty but I'm not sure if it's even worth bringing it in because I feel like I'm just going to be told that it works just fine.
