I had initial trouble with customer support reps telling me that the power supply was an optional add on I should purchase separately. I eventually got a “rational” person who sent me a return label and got me a different one sent off to me which resolved my issue. The item works well and instantly made a wireless connection and started working. Would definitely recommend this kit to add some additional sound to the rear.

Couldn't be happier with this complete sound system!
