I bought a Marshall Middleton, JBL Xtreme 3, Sony SRS-XG300, a couple of smaller speakers from Bose and Bang & Olufsen, a Soundcore MotionX600, and this LG Xboom 360. I really wanted to spend time with the speakers to truly hear the differences and also wanted to get some of my family involved to get their perspective as well. Simply for sound quality alone the favorites were the Xtreme 3, XG300, Motion X600, Middleton, and the Xboom 360, but each time we compared the other speakers to the Xboom 360 there was always something lacking. They were all great speakers and if I just did a blind buy I would be very happy with any of them but when played alongside the LG they just couldn't stand out. The Soundcore Motion X600 was a close second favorite and did a fantastic job standing out but at the end of the day the LG Xboom 360 just sounded a little fuller and more dynamic. To be honest LG wasn't even on my radar originally and I really wanted to like the Sony the best out of the bunch, but the LG just sounded so good I had to keep it. In fact the only thing I could complain about is I wish it had a better carrying strap but that's not a big deal. Good going LG you really impressed me

Very tinny sounding even with the lows turned up in the EQ. Really bummed because I like the design and ambient lighting effect, but the sound is why I purchased it, which is pretty absent.
