This is was fairly inexpensive unit with a lot of great sound to come from it. It maxes out at a 40 on the volume dial but 30-35 does everything that you need it to and more. Easy blue-tooth connection and can connect to multiple things at once. Thesub-woofer does what it should and the other speakers bring in a well balanced sound overall. If you have a chance to pick this up, you should. Space is an issue for me so this was a good fit in 769sqft house.

Great unit for the money. Please many different styles of music. Everything from disco, folk, music, symphony, etc.. It all sounds good when played back.

Its funny, that we paid about $39 for the first CD/ Radio....about 26 years ago, the next one about 10 years ago, about $89.00, and the wife cried about the price. Now 16 years later, paid big bucks for this one, and not a squeak from her, she loved it.

This is a lot louder than I expected! We bought it for the garage & but then we had other ideas & decided to put it in the living room… & sometimes it’s TOO loud. I really love the sound of this. The only downfalls, in my opinion, are: 1. some songs have a bit too much bass in the sound & it muffles the vocals. However, that could be my fault, as I haven’t spent a lot of time with the EQ. 2. it’s a a pretty large stereo. We currently have it in the living room and it’s taking up some space. But I suppose for the sound quality, it would need to be somewhat bulky. Overall, it’s a great stereo & if you’re looking for loud at a low cost, this is it.

This is solid for an all in one stereo, but it won't approach the highs of a standalone receiver and separate speakers. Don't buy the wattage rating, but you should know that going in. The bass is good, the other sound is midrange.

I am so glad I purchased this LG Boom Box. The sound is great and it is everything advertised. I would purchase this stereo again. Great Buy!!!!

High quality sound no matter the source. I do get a lot of static in radio mode but I attribute that to the location. Friends & family agree they love the sound quality. Easily change the source from Bluetooth, direct connect, CD, radio

Best radio I've ever heard if you use the bass boost mode it really makes it thump better for Bluetooth radio comes in clear usually but you can't have it turned up otherwise you won't get a lot of static in the background overall a great stereo for the price

Sounds good for bass, but it is not good or even passable for Genre’s like Metal, Jazz, Surf or anything like Classical, if the music needs Treble, Mid-Range, Bass balance and needs the ability to equalize them, don’t bother, this unit was a let down. It came highly recommended, a lot of blogs and websites said it was the top unit for 2020-2023 and I had doubts, and they proved to be correct. Long story short after messing with the equalizer settings nothing sounded good or even fairly good, just too much bass, bass overload, and when the equalizer should turn down the bass for balance it just turned it off completely. So either bass overkill or none at all, not even acceptable… There is no high range, tweeters are like 3/4 inch, and I believe the Woofers are a Woofer/Subwoofer range at about 8”, the Mid-Range frequencies are too deep also the Subwoofer 9” just doesn’t seem to work really well, yes lots of bass, but you don’t hear it or feel it until you get to 50% volume. Volume is 1-40 on the dial, you should get bass at nearly every volume notch. Lastly, the bluetooth kept shutting off or disconnecting every 5-10 Minutes, did not matter what device was used, cell phones, tablets, computers, same result. This was such a disappointment. Ultimately decided to return and get a full blown Yamaha Hi-Fi Receiver, CD Player, and Speakers. Cost three times the money, but I am done with these shelf Mini Hi-Fi Systems, you could find great ones twenty years ago, but not today, they just go cheap on everything and cater to a couple Music Genre’s.

The speakers are big. The subwoofer is big. The sound quality is ideal for a home party. Or simply for a great listening experience for music. It has bluetooth so you can connect your PC Audio or audio from the mobile device. It has a CD player and USB connections for a USB drive to play mp3 and other formats. They really did a great job with the features and also has an AUX port on the back. The remote control is easy to use and understand. In general, this radio stereo surpasses most economic brands. And the option to use a better FM ANTENNA using the «F-type» connection.

This system was packaged very nice a securely. The sound is amazing. Bass holds very well at high volumes no distortion or loss of sound. Well worth the money. Bluetooth connect was simple. Too many features to mention.

Works and sounds great, hard to find a system like this that connects to a tv these days. More companies should makes systems like this, glad LG does. It's a good alternative instead of buying a surround sound system...
