Great sound!! Love the different colors. Portable and easy to use.

Blown away by the sound quality, surprisingly loud for its size

Disclaimer - not an audiophile! I live on a farm, so was looking for something that was hardy enough to withstand the dirt and dust, portable, and loud enough to hear across the barn. This speaker does an excellent job of all of these! Out of the box you have the speaker and a USB C charging cable, and maybe an instruction guide, but haven't actually looked at that one. Upon opening, I hit the power button and then went to my Andriod phone and saw that the speaker was easy to identify in the bluetooth menu and paired quickly. I typically only stream from the Amazon music app, and didn't have any issues with compatibility. I can turn the volume up and hear it easily from 100' away. I find that inside the house, the speaker can fill a room and the quality is solid. It doesn't sound as shallow as many of these portable speakers. Lastly, this thing is rugged, I'm not saying you can dunk it in the pool, but the handle allows for me to grab it, with work gloves, move it around, knock it off where ever I set it, and zero issues. It still works great. I just blow out the mud at the end of the day and its ready to go. So far I have streamed for 5 hours at a time, so while I haven't tested the 18 hour battery life claim, I wouldn't be surprised, as I charge it maybe after every 4th use. Lastly, this speaker works with incoming calls. I find if there is a lot of background noise, same as any device, its hard to hear, but the functionality is smooth and will mute then return to the music after the call. Note - If you're not a fan of the flashing lights, those can be turned off. I find this was a simple plug and play speaker that has a solid handle, highly portable, and rugged with great sound.

I ended up returning this speaker, it's very cool looking, sounds great, and it's rugged, but its also bulky and the meridian technology the company claims makes it better seems to fail to make a decent soundstage, at higher volumes it distorts and its heavy. but it'd be great on a construction site.

This is a well made bluetooth speaker. It connects very easily, weather resistant, and is a very handsome little speaker. Sound quality is exceptional, particularly for a portable bluetooth speaker. I've had other brands of bluetooth speakers but LG has impressed me the most with their build quality and sound.

Very excellent, clear sounding BT speaker, the only ding is that it's not stereo, to get the stereo sound you need to pair it with another PK5, which this speaker will do, I just need to purchase another one and they'll be perfect for my backyard entertainment.

Great speaker, Good bass, the led color changing is really cool. i love that its waterproof, great for use by the pool. I know theyve updated this line of speakers but if youre looking for a good older model this ones great

I bought this as a gift, but ultimately it was put into our bedroom. The main reason I bought this was for the bass, as our desktop speakers are very tinny. This will do the job and then some. HOWEVER, do NOT consider this if you are looking for a 360, surround experience.

I got this speaker just to have something when I was in the mood for music while cleaning or working out at home. I don’t like using headphones a lot. This speak is everything and then some. Great sound. Thinking of buying another because you can link two!

This is the entry level speaker into the lg meridian sound speakers and I just love it! Be it in the car or in the home, back yard or garage this speaker works wonders, and there is room to get more as their lineup has a few different speakers!!

The sound quality of this speaker is amazing. Got this BT speaker on sale and couldn't be happier. After about a year or so, the more often you use it, the battery becomes meh, and cannot hold a decent charge.

We've really enjoyed using this speaker. We take it out on our back deck and jam out during the evenings. We've also taken it out on kayak trips, so it's pretty sturdy and well-made.
