Got this free when I bought an LG OLED from Best Buy. LG was having some sort of promotion. That said, after using it over the last year, I would buy it! It is really really built well; I mean heavy and the quality is absolutely beautiful. Things just aren’t built like this is anymore. LG partnered with a high end English audio company called Meridian to produce the XBOOM and it sounds great! It has 2 front firing tweeters, 2 front firing midrange speakers and 2 on the sides for bass. It has lights that change colors, is of course Bluetooth and volume +/-, next song, lights on/off, clear vocal and enhanced bass buttons on top. The battery life is really really good; I play it for hours and hours and hours before needing to recharge it. If you are looking for a Bluetooth speaker that is really quality built and sounds great, look at the LG PK7.

PK-7 produces great sound. I would say it is $200 value with rich bass and clear sound. Wonderful collaboration with meridian and LG. If I have to mention the weakness of this product. It is heavy because of the battery. Also, charging is inconvenient unlike PK-5 (USB-C Charging). PK-7 uses a regular 19v power adapter.

The design and lights are what first caught our attention with this speaker. We were really surprised to get it home to hear how good sound quality was for the price as this is the first LG speaker we have owned. The build seems good and the controls are easily accessible and user friendly.

This speaker has nice clean sound when you max out the volume—50% and up. I would have like to have a similar clarity and bass at lower volumes but unfortunately this speaker does not have that—the bass is weak at low volumes. Having said that, it is still a decent speak at the discounted price but the sound does not meet the size of the speaker. If you are looking for rich quality sound at low volumes, this is not for you but if you like to max out the volume you will get a decent balanced sound. I am a little particular and like to hear rich detailed sound at low volumes. LG did a good job almost eliminating distortion at the expense of bass at low volumes and a louder speaker.

Great sound, and enhanced bass, battery life is supposed to be 15hrs, it's close, waterproof, but not dust proof works great in my heavy equipment and at home or outside

I received this speaker as a promotion with a 55 inch OLED LG TV. The sound is very good and it is very user intuitive. It has additional lights flash with the music beat, but this can be turned off.

Great sound, great look, and easy and portable. Could be a little louder but great for a few people hanging out. Has a clean bass sound.

It's a great speaker crystal clear sound. Easy to use , especially with the app you can install on your phone. Lights have different settings and you can customize your own light show thru the app.

Sounds great and feels durable. The lights give it an added touch. We are very happy with it and recommend it. It's big enough to create loud sound, but yet small enough to take on the go easily.

Speaker has great sound, balanced bass levels, portable, and fun colors that pulse to the music.

I love this speaker! It has a long better life and the best feature aside from the sound is the lights flashing along to the beat! Very happy with this speaker.

I've tried JBL, UE, Sony, & Bose. The LG sounds better than all of them. The JBL Xtreme is missing mids and the treble is too harsh. The UE sounds hollow and way too boomy, the worst speaker. The Sony XB41 has STRONG bass and is small, it would be good for a party but not for lower volume casual listening. The Bose has clear sound but it seems directional as opposed to the LG which is better at filling a room.

This is a great sounding portable bluetooth speaker. Easy to connect and to use. Could be a little louder but the quality makes up for it.

This speaker was bought as a gift for my mom but ended up becoming my speaker due to me falling in love with it. The bass boost actually makes a noticeable effect on the music playing and theres also a vocal booster I have yet to use but im sure its great too. The build quality is sturdy and the lighting is great for listening to music in the dark.

Perfect size, great fidelity. Bluetooth with ease. Carrying handle a plus. Option to shut off lighting if you want.

Came to buy another speaker and was blown away with the sound of this one... It was kinda expensive but it was on sale so I decided to get this one. Associates could not find the one remaining in their stock so I drove about 35 minutes to PA to get it... I was not disappointed... You should note speaker will give you full playing time if you turn the lights off and keep the volume to 50 % or less...

This is a bass heavy speaker. I use it in my smaller bedroom on lower levels, but in a medium to large room at higher levels it would do just as good. The colors of the speakers change with the rhythm and beat of a song, that's pretty cool. Oh! You can speak on phone calls with it too. It automatically picks the call up. Also it cuts off automatically (sometimes too soon) when you haven't played anything on your mobile phone or device. That way it preserves power. It comes with an AC cord that you can plug into the wall while you are using the speaker and when recharging, the speaker charges very quickly. Yes, it plays without being plugged in. I do feel like the speakers have weakened. I don't know if it is just that I've gotten used to it or not, but the bass doesn't hit as well as it used to on certain songs and it isn't as warm as it used to be. It seems that it doesn't pick up the lows as much anymore. Bad parts? Cheap parts?

This is the product I didn't know I needed. It came free with a TV purchase. The sound quality is incredible. It fills up the campground, fire pit, house or back yard with clear and crisp sound. The lights are an awesome touch that really add to the atmosphere. Ive had this thing blasting for hours and haven't ever seen a low battery light. Everyome comments on how "cool" this speaker is. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

I love this speaker! Pairs easily with bluetooth, has excellent sound and the lights are super cool!!
