I caught this speaker on sale for under 200 dollars. If you are using in a closed space, the bass and acoustics sound amazing. The only thing I wished, was that the sound was truly 360 degree coverage. Only have speakers on the front is a down fall.

Sound is so good the neighbors called the cops on me for Disturbing the Peace...

The LG PK7 portable Bluetooth speaker is a solid entry into a very crowded market. The speaker is very solidly built, weighing in at a hefty 6.3 lbs. Luckily it has carry handles running the length of its body, so it's easy to tote around. When I brought it to the beach, we hung it on the handle of the beach cart which was quite convenient. The look is a combination of sleek and rugged. It's easy on the eyes but looks like a portable even when you set it on a shelf. It looks like it "wants" to go outside. It's also IPX5 weather and splash resistant. The charging port, aux in, reset and dual play buttons are covered with a small door that you won't lose because it's tethered to the speaker with a rubber strap. Dual play allows you to connect 2 PK7's. The Bluetooth goes to pairing mode as soon as you turn it on and connected easily with ios or android. It also has a built-in microphone so you can answer calls. The sound is rich and full and VERY loud for a portable. I mean REALLY loud. The enhanced vocals feature works well. It definitely increases the clarity of the vocals. The enhanced bass also works well, increasing the already bass-heavy sound of this speaker. I find them useful, but the speaker sounds great without them. If you're not a person who is really into heavy bass, just turn off the enhancement and you'll get a clear, full sound. I ran it through its paces with a few different music genres and I found no distortion at the highest volume. Honestly, it's hard to listen at max volume inside the home. Like I said...LOUD. The lights are a great feature for parties and young people really love the look. The lights do not sync with the music, but if you like them, you won't really care. I bought a stereo for my teenage nephews a few years back that had the same light feature. That thing was a HUGE hit and surprisingly, everybody was really into the lights. While the lights aren't something you should base an audio purchase on, they are a nice bonus that you will enjoy at gatherings. You can change the speed of the light flashes, or leave them on all the time with the colors changing or just turn them off if it's not your thing. I imagine setting the lights to always on would increase the battery drain but at a 22-hour charge, it shouldn't be a problem. I haven't tested the battery for a full 22 hours which is the stated battery life on a full charge, but I can say the battery lasted for a full day in the park, and a full day at a BBQ on a single charge with the lights running. Stated charge time is 3.5 hrs. but I thought it charged a bit faster. I have many BOSE products and I think this speaker has a similar sound quality to BOSE, but with a more "outdoorsy" look for a portable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this speaker..

I ended up getting this on sale & I can't tell you exactly what I paid but I’ll tell you it was under $100 & probably the best investment I’ve made in a long time. This thing comes in handy all the time & works and sounds great! I'm glad I didn't spend the $300 I was planning on.

Really wanted to like this speaker. Nice size, audio was clear but had no volume to it.

For the size of the speaker, it is good sound in my 19 ft. camper. My camper does not have a stereo system. I also plug a CD player into the wired outlet. Most of the music is off my phone like Pandora radio.

I bought these speaker because it has meridian technology. It sounds very good however i needed some more punch, more power. This same speaker with more wattage would be perfect.

This Bluetooth speaker sounds very good but it does not produce enough volume for me. So I returned it.

Was a gift for the girlfriend! was on a full charged and used it every day for at least 3 weeks until it needed a recharge! took it to the beach too and worked great!

I loved the price and features. The lights were cool but the sound lacked bass when compared the Harmon Onyx. If bass doesn’t matter it’s a good purchase when on sale
