Life on 4k Blu-ray boasts a beautiful color palette thanks to HDR10 and sharpness with 2160p resolution. By comparison, the 1080p Blu-ray is extremely flat and after watching the 4k HDR video almost unwatchable. The audio is provided in Dolby Atmos/TrueHD 7.1 surround sound and explodes on a multiple speaker system. If you like the sci-fi/thriller genre this movie is a must-watch.

This is an excellent 4K movie. The visual effects will impress any enthusiastic movie aficionados. The story is well written, and the actors are best of the best, in every scene.This will easily go in the collection, of great movies. Thank you Best Buy.

Those of you who prefer the 'happy ending' problem solving of a Star Trek movie might want to avoid this one. The discovery of a cute form of life that should never have been stimulated, results in a 'Fern-from-Hel!' that ravages a space station in scientifically convincing fashion...I would have given it 5 stars but for the ending...because I live in hope.

I bought this movie simply because JAKE is in it - and I was NOT disappointed! ITs a dark and freaky movie set in outer space that will keep you on the edge of your seat. the rest of the cast if great too --- Ryan Reynolds, is great too. NOT for the younger audiences, this is an R rated movie - but great for sci-fi loving adults!

This a good movie, I really liked it. The story line was written very well and the actors are really playing there roles. This a good movie to watch at home with a couple of friends who are into science fiction.

I had seen the movie via on-demand and liked it so much I purchased it when it went on sale. I found the concept of alien forms wanting to stay alive as much as we do to be interesting. It justified the alien making efforts to live even when the humans were horrified by these efforts. I found the movie intense and scary.

At first, the concept of an alien killing in space sounds boring, since the Alien franchise had owned this. But Life is surprisingly intriguing, intense, and scary. The alien creature is almost lovable if it wasn't so powerful and killing at will. I don't own many horror films, but this one I bought.

Excellent sci-fi/horror movie. Lot's of suspense and great special effects. Picture and audio are both great in 4k.

While the movie started out as more of a science movie it quickly departed into the horror realm. Many common sense protocols were ignored or abandoned. Aliens type ending.

I seriously enjoyed this movie it was very suspenseful. The life they are talking about in this movie is surprising. Seems so innocent but wow! I got so caught up in this movie when it was over all I could say was wow!

With shades of The Andromeda Strain and Alien, this film reminds us just how easily something can go wrong when we encounter an extraterrestrial species. Ethical and moral issues at every turn. What would you do?
