Fits iPad Air perfectly, without excessive bulkiness. No negative effects on touchscreen function and minimal effect on sound volume. I have similar cases on 2 iPhones. All have been in water with no leaks.

This case was easy to put onto our iPad and it is extremely durable. With it, we are less concerned about dents, cracks, scratches and stains from our children. We are also not worried about liquid contact.

Have for ipad and phones. Love the case. Excellent being a boater dont worry about water in equipment and keeps screen protected

I have an iPad mini, and I purchased a LifeProof case for that device. I have accidentally tested its sturdiness a number of times, and I was looking for a case that includes a degree of style along with superior protection. With the large iPad, and its higher cost, I wanted to invest in a similar case. I may purchase an accessory to allow the iPad to be fully utilized (kickstand effect for movie viewing, etc.) but I am pleased with the look and functionality of the case.

This case is similar to the cases for the IPhones with a couple of exceptions. The phone cases come with an adapter for headphones/earphones to keep the case sealed and this product does not. There is a rubber flap over this jack. Not sure I would rely on this to keep moisture out there is just a large hole under this flap that does not always stay sealed well. The phone case works great dropped a phone in 10 feet of water at water park and was submergerged for over two hours and never leaked. Not sure about that seal on this case. Case keeps finger prints and dust off of product, IPAD has been dropped in this case and not a scratch.

This is a great waterproof case. They defiantly improved a lot over the last one I owned. One word of advice, make sure you don't get any dust trapped in it with the device.

I needed something to protect my investment. Fixing an iPad isn't cheap so I protected it with the Lifeproof inclosure. Couldn't be happier!

This Lifeproof protective case is good. Sturdy and waterproof. It has an O ring seal that should keep out dust as well. The downside is it is a little expensive.

I bought this for my first son... he loves it and it does a great job of protection his ipad...It's real strong and very durable..

A little pricey but this is one of the best looking cases for the Ipad Air. Good protection and doesn't make the device too bulky.

the life proof is indestructible and not bulky like some other protective case

The case does what it says. It protects the iPad. It isn't pretty, but it does work. We've already dropped it, spilled on it and set things on it. The iPad was just fine. The only problem is that it does it a little too well on the second case. Our second iPad is difficult to turn on with the life proof case. We have to push harder on the home button than expected. Certainly harder than the first case and much harder than when it's out of the case. It does what I need it to though. It protects the iPad quite well.

Has a lot of protection without being as bulky as the otterbox, would definitely recommend

This case is great. Keeps your iPad safe and dry. Went on vacation and no problems with surf and sand.

I have iPads for all of my service employees. I have life proof cases on all of them. The last incident this case was put to the test was when one of my employees dropped his iPad in a four foot deep mud hole. It took two hours for him to find it, but once he did he washed it off and the iPad was working like nothing had happened. When I opened the case to check for damage there was not even dust in the case. If you have an active life you need this case, plus it is the least bulky case of its kind that I've found.

Great case. It will protect your IPAD from almost anything! It is a good sturdy case

I have this brand for my phone and really like it. Thought I couldn't go wrong getting one for my iPad too. I feel like it protects well, and I don't worry if it would happen to get wet. The rubber edges makes it comfortable to hold too.

I feel this lifeproof case provides extreme protection without adding a lot of bulk.
