Waterproof but lots of issues.

Using this case has constant problems with access to the screen. It seems to be the small provisions over the proximity sensor. Screen goes black when trying to use it and often tapping has no effect on the screen. It has done this since the first day I used it. When I remove the case all the problems go away and the phone works as expected.

Worst phone case I ever had

worst phone case for iPhone xr
