    I can’t use this case because people cannot hear me when I talk on my phone with it on the phone. I have used these cases for years and am very disappointed that I paid a lot for it and can’t use it.

    Waterproof but lots of issues.

    Bad design. Using this case has constant problems with access to the screen. It seems to be the small provisions over the proximity sensor. Screen goes black when trying to use it and often tapping has no effect on the screen. It has done this since the first day I used it. When I remove the case all the problems go away and the phone works as expected.

    This case was so bad I can’t even give it even one star. I paid for a scratch proof case and the first day I had it, it was scratched. Took it back to Best Buy and you told me I had to deal with the company. They never acknowledged I even got in touch with them.

    I’ve always used Lifeproof but this one has not allowed my phone to function properly. I bought a cheap body glove case to make sure that the case was the problem. My phone works properly with the cheap case. I feel like I should be able to return the lifeproof case for a refund.

    If i could give this a zero , i would. worst case for iPhone xr. unfortunately didn't realize it was the case that was causing my phone to not work properly. I can't return but would like to know what i can do so others don't waste hard earned money.

    This items was not at all impressive, first day I got it a i opened the case the rubber seal inside fell out, after 10 minutes of trying to replace it I decided to return it. Life proof is overall a good product, just not this is case. Maybe that’s why it was on clearance.

    I’ve had the case for a month and the latch where you open the case to charge the phone has already broken. These cases are not made like the used to be. This is the second lifeproof case that the latch has broken.
