Right away noticed moisture inside the supposed waterproof case. Opened it up to check and clean it and the gasket was defective and would not stay in the groove. For the $$ it should be perfect. Lifeproof replaced it but for a nominal charge!

We're sorry to hear about the issues you've run into with your FRĒ case. This case is for the iPhone Xs, so while the two devices are very similar, they do require different LifeProof cases. A FRĒ case specifically for the iPhone X should resolve many of those issues.

But it is impossible to have a conversation using the I-phone speaker. The case distorts the sound quality. It was extremely expensive. Very disappointed I am in the process of returning it.

When you install your case, make sure you're thoroughly cleaning off the screen of the phone and inside of the case prior to installation, preferably with a microfiber cloth. Additionally, we see these issues arise when installing the case in a more humid environment, so make sure that the case is being installed in the driest place you can find.
