He is very hard on phones and cases. These cases protect his phone, but they case cannot survive my son. He is very active and loves the outdoors. I buy one of these phone cases a year because the case falls apart, but the phone looks brand new underneath. I have purchased other cases but the cases fall apart and do not protect the phone.

I have had it ln my phone for quite some time now and the phone itself still works and looks brand new beneath. I have had to warranty it twice, once because the waterproofing failed, and a second time because the power button stopped pressing easily. Lifeproof is amazing though. Keep your reciept, simply request a replacement, and pay a $7 shipping fee. You can warranty it as many times as you need to if anything fails.
