I have had it for less than 6 months and the back up battery does not keep a charge and the case itself is coming apart. I purchased two cases and both have been trashed as my phone is no longer protected while in the case.

Maybe the way I have been charging it has affected the life. I do not let it run completely down before charging. It does charge when my phone quits and that is the reason I purchased it though.
