Excellent protection for rugged use - rain, dust and accidental drops. Allows use of all of the iPhone features.

For nearly a decade I have opted for another well known and reputable product to protect my iphone(s). Pursuant to a bone head oversight on my part whereby I inadvertently left my phone in the pocket of trousers that I wore while mowing the lawn, planting trees and shrubs and many other miscellaneous chores around my home all day - and subsequently throwing the trousers in the washing machine at the end of that day. It only took several minutes into the cycle for the water to destroy the phone. I vowed, not only to make every effort to never repeat the same mistake, but to purchase the best protection available on the market as backup. Extensive research via the Internet, querying IT telecommunications SMEs at work as well as multiple Best Buy SMEs at different stores gleaned virtually the same resilts. That is, no other brand comes close to providing waterproof protection - as well as the ability to protect against dropping of the phone etc. What has really won me over is the sleek fit of the case that doesn't double or triple the size of the phone. More importantly - it's the testing process of the product insisted upon by the manufacturer in order to confirm that the case you've purchased isn't flawed. That is, you actually submerge the case under water before applying it to your phone. After said testing, I was and remained absolutely convinced that I have the best protection that my money can buy.

Slimmer and smoother than an Otterbox. Completely waterproof. Fits in pocket easily. Fits my phone like a glove.

This is my second case - had the 1st for 5 years. I noticed some of the trim was worn off and the speaker cover recently came off so I ordered another one. Before I got the new case I accidentally dropped my phone in clean toilet water and it still protected my phone from damage. I took the cover off to see if water had got in and it was dry inside. I will continue to buy Life Proof cases to protect my phones.

When we bought my 12-year old daughter her own cell phone, there was no question that she would need a case to put it in. We looked around at the various choices. The LifeProof case is the one we purchased. It is a very rugged and protective case. My favorite feature is the flip down area where you recharge the phone. It is easy to use and won't wear out as easily as the cases that uses a rubber flap. My daughter loves the mint color. I would highly recommend this case to everyone.

This is my third time having a Lifeproof case for an iPhone and I honestly won't buy another case. I was in the military and I like to hunt so having a case that's water/shock/everything proof is very important and this case is exactly what I need. I've also experienced a warranty replacement which was a bit of a pain, but the warranty is a plus especially when the case costs so much.

I knew prior to purchasing this case that it was said to be a great case but I was very pleased with this purchase. It protects my case from falls and any type of moisture. I love listening to music while I shower and always am afraid of the moisture messing up the phone. This helps to prevent any of that. It is hard to get off but that's just part of the protection. I'm unable to use certain auxiliary cords now because the case covers the port, but as far as protection goes, this case is the ONE.

This is my second lifeproof purchase for an iPhone and I will always choose them over Otterbox. However lets get to the point. The protection aspect is flawless and I couldn't be any happier, but for some reason the case has done something to the microphone/speaker to where the person on the other end can't hear me on speaker mode. I'm not sure if this has something with the new design or its just me, not a deal breaker just wanted to share my experience. I would still purchase this case over.

I never tried Lifeproof cases until this purchase. I decided to give it a try as the price was right and I am very satisfied with the drop and water protection. One thing to be careful of is to keep the headphone jack adaptor as you need it with you to plug in headphones as the port becomes recessed about 1/4" with this case. Other than the headphone jack being a little harder to access, I am happy and can recommend it, especially if you live an active lifestyle.

This case is very light in weight, yet durable. Fits very well, tight. The color (crushed purple)is attractive.

Keeps phone will protected. Keeps phone clean and dry. Sometimes the sound Volume is lowered and is decreased in Quality.

The price is on the high side but it is well worth the investment, especially if you are prone to drops or if you’re putting it on a kids phone. Slim and not bulky is an added plus.

Perfect for those worried about water! Lifeproofs are expensive compared to others but they get the job done.
