Texting or scrolling was difficult or not working at all. The case was solid, but just didn’t fit.

There is water in the case! I took it out and checked the blue rubber seal along the perimeter of the inside case and it was seated well. So I dried off and tried again. Water went in again. Upon closer inspection, it appears that the blue rubber/seal has a very tiny tear in it. Best Buy is over an hour away and I am not sure what to do. So disappointed.

When I opened it the directions said to test it before use. Submerge in water for 30 minutes. I did the test. After 30 minutes the case was full of water! For $90.00 not what I expected! Very glad I tested it! Best Buy was great about returning it, but I don’t recommend this product!
