In the past I had zero issues with them, however this one failed after using it twice. The manufacturer did replace it for free, hence why I didn’t give the product a lower rating.

I work outside and it keeps my phone safe no matter what. Take it snorkeling for underwater photos, no problem. Dirt, water, dust, drops…no problem. Usually lasts me 1 year.

The little knob on the side to turn silent mode on/off is tough to turn. Would prefer a simpler design for that.

The only challenging thing however, is that it is a little hard to get off. I purchased it to have to protect the phone during work and when I’m off work I use a different case. I will say, though, after putting it on and taking it off multiple times it still fits the phone snug and has not warped in any way from taking it off and putting it on multiple times which is a big plus!

Fit is awful

Life proof has really went down from amazing cases to mediocre at best. I have the iPhone 13 pro and the screen protector that comes with the case is awful. There’s like a good amount of space between the screen protector to your phone so every time you type you gotta really push hard in order to type or do anything on your phone. I will personally never buy life proof again or any of their related products and that includes otter box. For a 100$ I pay a premium price from a once reputable brand just to get garbage product you might as well get from Ross.

Posted .We appreciate the candid feedback and are genuinely sorry that you've had such a discouraging experience with the LifeProof FRĒ. Is there any chance you're also using a glass screen protector? Since the case has its own integrated one, it wasn't designed to accommodate an extra layer, which can create excess pressure at the sides and cause the plastic piece to bow upwards and reduce touchscreen sensitivity.
