I was skeptical at first about it actually being waterproof but has survived the test of time with kids around spilling stuff. It's a little pricey but no more than a warranty and this case guaruntees your tablet for a year

We love this case!

We actually ran our Ipad under water just to see how well it works and had no issues with leakage or seeping onto Ipad.
