If you take the case on and off you have to be careful about the small sticky "gaskets" as these are easily moved from their location and since they seem to be only made of a thin sponge-like material they easily become folded and cannot be put back into place. I believe this is why the case began letting water in.

Called Best Buy store and they can't help me because it was beyond the 15 days after purchase. It took 6 days to get to me but that counts against you. Not pleased with the customer service that I received.
